I've had nothing but positive experiences at this office. I've had appointments with three of the doctors there, for routine procedures as well as minor surgery and all went well and professional. Recommended.
I started my pregnancy here and switched after a few months. Several doctors are wonderful and it's worth driving to Danvers to avoid the nursing staff.
These drs bully into unnecessary invasive testing that can be done by simple bloodwork. They withheld medication and lied telling me there is no way to test a womans hormones
I also had a very poor experience at this location. It was many years ago but I never forgot it. The nurse was very abrupt and rude to me I felt very offended, sounds like the staff is still the same.
Do not recommend this place to anyone. Working in the medical field myself I know that you have to have compassion and empathy and professionalism. it s extremely important and they are lacking it here in Swampscott.
I highly do not recommend this office. They present a very unprofessional demeanor. The nurses and doctors are VERY unfriendly and personally I just did not feel welcomed or at home at this facility. I have a couple friends who recommended me this facility but personally I would not recommend to any expecting mothers.
As an expecting mother you just want everyone around you to be as happy as you are for your bundle of joy. In this office I felt judged and not at peace. Not to mention how they lost a VERY important results which I had to return to get tested for, NOT PROFESSIONAL what's so ever!

Patricia Malone of NSPG Swampscott is the best. She is very knowledgeable, kind and meticulous. She always makes sure that you're always taken care off. I was under her care during the entire duration of my pregnancy, too bad that she was not assigned to me on my delivery maybe that's why I had a hard time during labor and had some serious lacerations. But I'm glad that she was there when I specifically requested her to assist me my post natal care. She is the best and I feel more than 100% safe being under her care.

NorthShore Physicians Group on Paradise road is poorly managed. Adults should be able to prioritize, communicate, and schedule-and this office can't do any of those things.
One of the doctors was unprofessional to me, and that won't work in such an field as healthcare. Laughing at your patient when they're hurting and asking questions is beyond reprehensible.

I had a horrible experience i did not was informed about too many things about a surgery that i got done and know i paying the consequencies and they know exacly the risk that this surgery has but they choose to lie pls womens research before you go to place to take care pregnacy or anything that has to do with your health know im having P.T.L.S because i wasn't informed about diferent tipes of birth control i never been on birth control before thats why i ask they made choose the worst she told me to take my falopian tubes off completly is the best! i did not have idea was i was doing until the third day that i have my baby since that day im having horrible side effects. i trust her but her recomendatiosn was evil she never thought about the sides effects??i believed Doctor 'Patricia Malony' she told that surgery was right for me even though she knows that the surgery wasn't for me. Then suddenly she stopped seeing me and switched me to another doctor and now that i'm having health problems I asked if I can talk to her they just made an appointment with a different person and to be able to see someone took me weeks and when I went to see the doctor they chose to not listen to the symptoms that I have as soon i start taking she got out of the room they told me " Oh no, it is something else go see your primary doctor." I got out of the office feeling very sad and when i see the result of the visit she diagnostic me with horrible things definety they dont care about nothing they are very insentive what if they were on position nobody deserved to be treated the way that they did like that because I am spanish or because they think that i dont speak english?? Im going to stand up for myself I don't know with how many women have been treated the same way it is so disrespectful and unfair and since they choose to treat me this way, I am going to hire a lawyer and sue them because my health matters. I have 2 kids that need me
