I'm grateful that I made the decision to drive down to this facility and get my training here. Kathy is a God send. Instead of having to wait and complete the background and application process step by step Aki Training Center allows you to complete the training and background check in one Fell Swoop - 1 day .

In spite of her accent if you listen you can intuitively understand Kathy with ease and see she knows exactly what she's talking about. In addition she has a genius sense of humor! It's clear to see Kathy wants the absolute best for everyone she works with. She walked myself and other trainees at the facility through the process explaining to us everything in detail. She engages everyone in an exciting way and her humor makes the time pass by. Kathy is an amazingly caring and compassionate person who LOVES her work and everyone she works with.

Excellent. Kathy is a top-notch teacher and handles everything so that there are no headaches later. Did almost all of my training there and would recommend them to everyone.

Live Scan machine does not work for anyone with a code for payment. She wants you to pay her in cash. Very rude, did not provide this over the phone when I called to verify first. Wasted my time and an uber trip.

Kathy was courteous, helpful, thoughtful, knowledgeable hard-working and forthright.

She makes a difficult process into a streamlined easy to understand and complete solution.

Other businesses would do well to take note.!!!

Great customer service only reason I'm not putting 5stars there's only two workers and when things get busy it gets busy any then your waiting for sometime.

Kathy is the best. She s hard to understand at times but this is the best place to get all your things done. Highly recommend.
