They use to be good, but they changed ownership. They messed our pizza up, and we were told we could get another pizza. But when we called a couple weeks later, they wouldn't honor it. We won't go back, since customer service means nothing to them

Service was good, food eh not so much grilled chicken burnt a little Alfredo sauce was watery and left a lot to be desired.

Ordered an Italian sub. Slooooow service. Sub was 90% mayo. Couldn't even eat it. 10/10 wouldn't recommend.

Good pizza. Pizza by the slice lunch specials. Full bar. Sports tv. Also an area away from the bar. Nice.

Went here tonight and had the spaghetti and clam sauce...it was great! We used to come all the time but the food had gone downhill but everything was wonderful tonight, including our waitress, Harley. I definitely recommend this place!

We used to eat here regularly, but after a takeout experience a few months ago we hadn t been back. We decided to give them another try tonight (as we really like the food!), but yet again, service was terrible. We placed a take out order both times, told 15-20 min wait and after arriving at the 20 min mark (AND paying) were told that the wait was going to be another 15 min. 15 min turned into almost an hour on our first visit. Both times, staff were not apologetic/insincere. I get that things can get backed up, but a sincere apology would go a long way (especially after my husband spoke up about the issue). We will not be back, which is unfortunate since our restaurant options are limited in this area.

How this place is still open is beyond me.
The food sucks, the service sucks, the only thing that keeps this place open are the drunks and skanky women that come up there all the time!

Great pizza just a little over priced.2 slices 2 toppings and a drink plus tip your looking at 13.00 $

Great menu and their brushetta is insane! They also have live music some nights. Last night was Jason Jackson and Randall Canady. These two are an awesome duo you don't want to miss wherever they are playing!

Lasagna is always harder to make than you would think. I will go back to try something new though. Definitely worth another try.

Serving staff is excellent but the management needs an attitude adjustment.

They have very friendly people there and the pizza is top notch, definitely a place to go for pizza lovers.

Hidden Gem!! Chicken parmesan was amazing. Waitress was super nice and attentive.

Got a Greek salad and a capellini pasta, delicious! I decided to pick my order up myself and went to the restaurant, staff was friendly and the place looked pretty good!

The food was delicious and the lady that took our order was very polite and helpful. They have homemade fries and I'm a big fan. Will go back for sure

Very good service, good food, too bad they close early !!

Food was ok. Service horrible! Tip: don't bring a party of two food separate from the other! My husband got his pasta 20 mins before.. yes, before I got my slice of pizza!! Not to mention we we're there, seated and had placed our order 15 mins before two other tables of 3. The other tables got their pizzas.. yes plural, and other food before my husband even got his. Also not to mention, his salad came with a teaspoon of dressing so had to pay more to get an adequate amount.. it's not over yet!!! So my husband is almost done with his by the time I get mine. He finishes and I'm barley half way through the first slice of pizza and our waitress asks if I want a box and a to go drink (mind you I just got my food and she's clearing my husband's plates). We will not be returning nor recommending this place to anyone!!

Good food, great service, clean & virus aware. I eat there every Wed with 3 friends. I have never been disappointed.

Uncle Louie's has some of the best food I've had since I moved to Wilmington 6 years ago. The staff is very polite and a welcoming atmosphere. Eat local you won't be disappointed .

Friendly staff.. great food. The meatball attack was incredible.

My wifes sandwich had so much mayo on it she couldn't eat it; and the lasagna was 90% ricotta and noodles. Poor decision for dinner tonight.

I've never seen a restaurant NOT keep waiting food under a heat lamp, especially when it takes plenty of time before the clueless servers grab it.
Cold food, cold service, warm beer... yeah... this is where I want to spend 15 bucks for spaghetti and meatballs, HA!
The extra star instead of 1 star is only because I've seen much worse.
I won't return to or refer this place.

The chicken parmesan was excellent. Wings were good too. House salad was better than ceasar.

There was a horrible smell (like sewage) through out the restaurant. All the little air fresheners placed about didn't do anything to help.

Awesome food and staff!! Always very satisfied with the food and service!!!

Good luck getting them to answer the phone for takeout, and if you dine in be prepared to spend your lunch break waiting

I went here in 7/30/19 and the entire restaurant smelled like a sewer/toilet. I don t know if they were having bathroom issues, it didn t appear to be coming from the bathroom, but they had have known. We had to leave before ordering.

Great food and drinks. CFCC north campus students, come on in for food! The chicken parm is great!

The only thing worse than the Staff and Owner s attitude is the food.

This area of Wilmington has been looking forward to this place closing for a long time and a competently run restaurant/bar to open!

The pizza is great and the Stromboli is to die for. The service and environment are awesome. I love this spot.

If the location is convenient for you, this is a fair place to eat. The food is pretty good overall but a little overpriced.

And watch out for extra charges! They charged me $3.96 extra for the salad that came with the meal (corrected it after I pointed it out to them), and they charge $0.45 for extra dressing!

Awful. Great employees serving the worst food ive ever had. Best thing we had was the appetizer fries. Chicken wrap had no flavor at all. Open roast beef with anju came floating in a bowl. The 4 slices of meat on it were so spicy i couldnt eat it. We left 95% of our meal untouched and ever after complaining paid our full bill and left. The restaurant was clean and inviting minus the flies that continued to land on our table food and hands( and that was inside!) Not a place i will ever return to.

The best little place to eat. The staff is great along with the food. Been going here for over a year now and never had a bad experience. I highly recommend trying Uncle Louie's, you will not be disappointed!!!

This place has really gone downhill. I was extremely disappointed today. We waited over a half an hour for chicken tenders two subs and fettuccine with vodka sauce. We were also the only people in the dining room! We ordered an appetizer of cheese bread and that bread came out slightly burnt but we initially didn't say anything. After 15 minutes of waiting we asked for my salad, I was told that it would be right out. Five minutes later we asked again. I could see the conversation between the waitress and the female cook and she had no idea she was supposed to be making my salad and quickly made it. It was then another half an hour before our for entrees came out. The chicken fingers for my daughter we're so burnt they were inedible. We are talking black! My cheesesteak roll was burnt black all across the top. The manager came over and tried to say that the chicken fingers weren't burnt, they were just overdone?! What is the difference? Would you want to eat them? Especially if you would waited 45 minutes for chicken fingers? For a 7 year old! She finally agreed to take the chicken fingers off the bill and took them away. The waitress never came to check on us while we were eating. We were done for about 15 minutes before she came and brought the check without asking us anything. My mother had left 5 minutes earlier. We had to sit there for another 10 minutes after my mother left just to get out of there. It was seriously the worst dining experience I have had in years. Oh and I failed to mention that there were three Cooks in the kitchen, three front of house and we were literally the only people in the restaurant. There were about five or six guys watching sports and drinking beer on the bar side, but we were literally the only people in the dining room and the only people ordering food. The absurdity of the management and the whole all around experience made this my last visit after being a fairly regular customer since they opened. This was beyond unacceptable.

Pizza took 45 minutes - 25 minutes after the rest of the food came out so one person got to watch everyone else eat. They offered a discount, but would have prefered good service than a few bucks off the check. I usually tip 25%, but not this time!! The worst service I've had in all of Wilmington. Also, hope you like being called "boss" by the wait staff. Classy joint indeed.

A little pricy! Burgers at McD's are much better. Beer is cold.

First let me start off by saying I called and ordered delivery, the worker had no idea what was on the menu. He was very unprofessional to say the least. After waiting for about 30-35 minutes for my food to arrive I opened the box and it was not what I had ordered. Needless to say this restaurant has untrained staff and mediocre food priced more than it is worth. I would definitely not recommend this establishment to anyone I know. And if I heard someone saying they wanted to try it out, I would strongly point them in a different direction. Do not waste your time on bad food and even worse service.

They were out of numerous domestic beers and one of there main entrees. We only saw the waitress in 10 min intervals and the wait time for food was well above average. Both orders of French fries came out dirt brown like they haven't changed the fryer oil in weeks. Terrible experience I will never be making this mistake again.

Hit or miss. Have been there probably 6 times. Salads are great, pizza ok, unless you go mid-afternoon. Then you get left over stale pizza slices from lunch. Service is very spotty. Once we were completely ignored after the waiter initially came over for drink orders. People all around us who came in after us were getting their food before our order had even been taken.

Good pizza and wings at a reasonable price. I usually pick up because I'm right down the street, but the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing. The bar seems like a local neighborhood hangout and I like that too.

Had the Fettuccine Alfredo with grilled chicken. It was excellent.
