They're super friendly and the food is already fast it's really good! And even if there is a mistake they'll fix it as quick as they can. Great place.

The food is pretty bad, save your money or try a different local pizza shop in Wilmington. Also the manager Spencer is so rude. Yuck.

I'm truly surprised at the number of positive reviews this establishment has. I ordered a cheese pizza and garlic knots to be delivered to my work. I am not in any way a pizza snob, but the pizza was dreadful. How do you mess up cheese pizza? It tasted like the worst quality frozen pizza heated up and thrown in a box.. or like the pizza you get by-the-slice from a convenience store. As if that wasn't bad enough, the garlic knots were ALL burnt to a crisp, and were flavored poorly. Literally dry bread with chunks of garlic everywhere. No oil. No flavor. Overall, I am embarrassed with myself for spending $15 on one of the most sub-par meals I've ever had from a restaurant. First impressions are lasting, and Uncle Louie will not be getting a second chance with me.

This is the best Italian food we have in our area and the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. This family owned and operated restaraunt os a hidden gem to many Wilmingtonians but if you enjoy pizza where the dough is made fresh by hand every morning and authentic pasta like penne ala vodka made to order then you need to check them out...and their prices are lower than the franchise "fresh" but really frozen "pasta in a box" competitors found in mid-town!
It's also a plus they deliver within a certain radius and offer personalized catering services.

The pizza was COLD and when I called over a manager she gave me a horrible attitude that it had just come out of the kitchen. I told her we had watched it sit in the window for 8 minutes and she could not have cared less.
BEWARE of a waste of money!

I visited tonight for the first time. The atmosphere was nice and the bartenders were friendly, but truly only attentive to their regulars. My tab was $28 and I tipped $7. I ordered their adult chicken tender meal for $7.50 to take back home for my teenager. When they brought me that, I asked for ranch with it. I was told that the meal didn't come with any sauce at all and that I would have to pay for any sauces. The bartender was empathetic, but stated that the owners were strict. Mind you, less than fifteen minutes before that, I witnessed the regular next to me ask for more celery and ranch with her hot wings. The bartender brought her a nice big plate of both and stated "you know I've got the hookup girl". My food was fine dining in, but sub par, nothing special. That meal i left with was extremely greasy, soggy and droopy when opened literally three minutes after leaving. The chicken was "hand breaded", but over half of the tasteless breader had come off during the cooking process. I am not one to complain and I certainly don't mind paying for additional sauces, but the meal should come with at least one, especially if the chicken is bland. My advice to the owners and to the bartender, Abigail: treat every person that walks through your doors like you do your regulars and you will have more repeat business. I can overlook sub par food, but I can't overlook sub par service.

Grab a friendly cold one, tasty food, and giant pizza by the slice. Good times.

DISGUSTING!! My husband and I and our two girls decided to try here, although the place isn't to dirty on the inside it had an 86 health score (which they hid behind an outdoor heater). There were two other people there as well. We sat down and ordered drinks, a pizza and cheesy bread. Once we got the cheesy bread we gave my youngest a piece and a dried up (leaf?) fell off of the bottom of it, we asked the waitress about it and she said it was cheese!! There was absolutely no way that was cheese!!! She took it to the kitchen to show the cook, when she came back she basically called us liars and said "there is no way that was on your food" at this point we decided to pay for our drinks and leave we ended up going to burger king because my husband was in his lunch break and he had to hurry back to work. Funny part is, burger king had a health score of 96.5....this was ridiculous, we Are not the type of people to put something in food to get it for free that's b.s! We just asked a question and were called liars for it!!! It's sad the way they run that place, but from the looks of everything and the health score I'd say they won't be around much longer.

Staff should be wearing masks. Smokers should be told to move away from outdoor seating. Otherwise food is fine.

I used to work here as a delivery driver when I was a student. The food's great, probably the best Italian I've had in Wilmington, and the family that owns it really puts their heart and soul into the place. They treat their employees like family.

Went there for the first time tonight. I've heard great things from several people. It was no let down. Great atmosphere and great pizza!

I was there once and I ordered the deep dish pizza. the size and flavor was very good. but it was like it had to much oil. every slice was soaked on oil. till the point that i had to use napkins to take some of the extra oil out.

Ordered marsla and it was disgusting. Chicken was rubbery and looked soggy and as if it was cooked in a microwave. The marsala sauce was water and soy sauce. Also there was three small mushrooms. Won't be back! That's not Italian cooking!

Cool place to meet new people and the beer is cold and the food is good

The food is very good. The only gripe I have is that their food always gives me serious heartburn. I dont know why, and it never happens to those I go with, but it happens none the less. No other restaurant effects me in this way. I still rate them highly though because the people I've gone with always enjoy themselves and never complain.

Had a birthday brunch this Sunday at this establishment, $4 mimosas, great food! Bartender Abby hid my cake in the back for my mom and brought it out- even sung happy birthday to me... Local gem, and the restaurant is good too ;)

Nothing more than a locals hangout for the riff raff who live in the lower class neighborhood behind the restaurant. Pizza is not good at all.

This sucks because i used to like this place, Waited a little over an hour.. (Expected for a friday so not to bad) Received my pizzas. Along with some "Extra slices" Because they burnt one of my pizzas? My soda was also not delivered. Called to ask about my soda, Looked at my pizza as it was ringing and noticed that BOTH were not made correctly? 1 pizza was supposed to have extra cheese. The other was supposed to have Canadian Bacon. I pizzas that were half and half. And i definetly wouldn't call either "Extra Cheese" Talked to the manager she said that i can have a $10 credit for my next order... How do you get $10 from a $25 order? She started to get a little rude so i gave up. never really had any issues besides this. Unfortunately they most likely lost me as a customer.

So I came on a Saturday, middle of the day and not buisy at all. It took an hour to get one small pizza and they didn't come around and check on you for drinks etc.

Poor service. Don't bother going there if you've never been there before. Servers only pay attention to the regulars and forget you exist.

Pizza is good. You can enjoy it if you like eating in the middle of the day on a Tuesday in an atmosphere that is similar to a club downtown on a Friday night. The bass was so loud we asked if they d turn it down since we could not hear the bartender 2 feet away speaking and the manager said oh is it bothering you and then took his phone out of his pocket but did not turn it down. You could see the tables around staring at the manager because they clearly felt the same way (it was all 50+ year olds in there!? LOL) ... We moved into the other room and got the pleasure of listening to super quiet 50s music while the bass from the bar room area shook the table still... I think I ll go elsewhere next time or get it to go. Not knocking the food by any means but it has been consistently bad service the mere 3 times I've gone there. Lame.

The food was just ok, nothing too special. I ordered the chicken parmesan sandwich and it was pretty bland. The fries were slightly undercooked, but that's how I prefer my fries. My table mates were not as happy with the fries and nobody came out talking about the rest of the meal being good.

The waitress was really nice and had just the proper amount of attentiveness to our needs. She was honestly the best part of the visit.

Prices were not terrible and would have been something to be excited about if the food itself was a little better.

I'll try it again in the future when I'm back at CFCC, hopefully there will be more flavor in the food and I can bump the rating up.

Took over 15 mins for me to get my water and my server Maria had already refilled one table and got another table their drinks and they sat down AFTER me. She told me the steak and cheese sub was good and she got it alot so I got that. I wasn't good but I was hungry so I ate half. I watched the others in the room and I watched her tell another table to hold on while she got a tables order who had just sat down while the table she told to hold had already been there 10 mins. She forgot another tables drink order and didn't get it till they were almost done eating and had to ask them again what their drinks were. When leaving she leaned completely over my food to ask did I need a box. So I declined. If it wasn't for the customer service I received I would be willing to give it another try with a different food item but I'll pass.

Pizza was okay, all the toppings pretty much fell off the crust. Ranch was super watered down. However the staff was very nice and friendly.

Great food with an ethnic choice of Italian scratch dishes. This establishment knows the meaning of "hospitality." True welcoming with a genuine family atmosphere within the community.

We sat down at a booth, my girlfriends mother placed her glasses on the table and the waitress walked over with a cleaning spray bottle and proceeded to spray the table, her glases AND US! We exclaimed "whoa, hey, you're spraying us too." The waitress said "yeah that happens sorry bout that" and took our drink order. She returned with the wrong drinks but replaced them and took our food order telling us to hurry up as we yold her what we wanted. We sat close to the order pick up window where we saw our food had been placed and announced to the waitress it was ready for pick up. She acknowledged it was there but left it to sit for over 10 minuets. We made it clear to her, we knew our food was ready and out. She stepped around the corner and laughed to her co workers telling about how she was going to make us wait until it was cold. We heard this so we requested the cheff to ring the order again. Even the cook knew our waitress was wronging us. He quickly grabed her attention and told her how to do her job. The order was close but not what we had requested and she "forgot" to give us silverware which we had to ask for several times. I know she did not give us silverware because she was determined that we would have a cold meal. After reading the order receipt, we realized she had not even written down what we asked for. The food was good, just not what we wanted. I'll never go back and the waitress got a one dollar tip.

I ordered 2 large pizzas for delivery. When the pizzas arrived, they were slightly cold, which is fine. I didn t mind microwaving it... but it was obvious they didn t put them in an insulated bag because the box had rain drops all over it. The first thing I noticed when eating the pizza is that the cheese tasted like it had expired. I called to see if I could get my order re-made because I genuinely was not happy with the quality. She asked me to bring the pizzas back which is reasonable. I explained that the cheese tasted old and the pizza was cold and the manager on the phone replied That s odd, we make all our pizzas to order and we deliver them as soon as they re made, and they re kept in insulated bags and then proceeded to ask me if I was sure it wasn t ordered from Dominos.. Are you kidding me? Will not be ordering from here again.

Use to LOVE this place and would have given it 4 or 5 stars, but after our last experience we're only giving two stars. Me and my family ordered pizza from them Sunday night as we do from time to time. On this occasion both myself and the kids noticed that the pizza didn't look the same as it normally does. Seemed very greasy and it didn't even taste the same that we were used to however we ended up eating it. Later on that night I woke up in the middle of the night with severe stomach cramps and have had diarrhea now for the past two days. I'm not sure if they got a new cook or got their ingredients from another supplier or what happen, but unfortunately we will not be eating there again.
