We came in to the Arlington location to celebrate ...

We came in to the Arlington location to celebrate my mothers birthday and had an awful experience. We were sat promptly and had a gentleman take our drink and appetizer order, about 15 minutes later another waiter came up and said the other guy did not put any order in.. we reordered our drinks but told them to not worry about the appetizer since we already had been waiting we were just ready to order. Ordered the meals, meals come out in a reasonable amount of time however the chicken in the fajitas were RAW.. not pink like it would be if it was smoked or maybe even marinated, it was absolutely raw. The quesadillas had barely any cheese, we asked our waiter if they could be remake both dishes.. he said he could not he would have to get a manager. So an arrogant man came over and proceeded to tell us it was cooked and there was nothing they could do, my mother told him she would not eat it and she was sure he would not either.. that is when he finally offered to remake them and the quesadillas after acknowledging they had no cheese. Well another 45 minutes go by and we checked on our food a few times with our waiter who proceeded to raise his voice and ask what our problems were and that he did not do anything to us and it was not his problem our food was raw and wrong. We were embarrassed as some of the other waiters and customers were looking at us, we were in no way being rude to our server despite our experience. We did ask for a different manager to speak to other then the first guy and were told there was a manager there named Allison but she would not come speak to us?? How professional of your establishment. We finally get our food and ordered another round of drinks which took nearly 20 minutes, my 3rd drink I just went to the bar which is where we should of sat the whole time because the bartender was beyond polite.

We get our bill and felt rushed out of the restaurant, we will never go back to this location. The table next to us actually came and told us how shocked they were with what they witnessed. This location should be ashamed of how you treat your customers which expect to come to a quality restaurant but be treated like dirt if the RESTAURANT messes up. It would be nice to be refunded for the money we paid but at the very least please retrain your staff. We frequent the Fort Worth location and have never had a poor experience.

We ate at the location in Arlington Texas when there visiting family. We had very nice services and the food was delicious. I wish they would bring one to Washington State, it would be a very lucrative restaurant in that area.

Went to the one on Lemon Ave, Dallas. The Assistant General Manager Carol Nance is nasty, very rude and unprofessional. I asked for extra chicken in my soup and she started an argument behind it. Mind you I'm spending my money!! She portrays terrible custom service.

Way way over priced for blah food. Not worth wasting money on veggie fajitas!!! This is not a competitively priced restaurant. Can get more authentic food from other chains at much better price. $16.99 for veggie fajitas, to get a plate of grilled onions is absurd.
