Great customer service! I bought some parts and didn't know exactly how to connect them and which are the correct ones. Their customer service people were very knowledgeable and patient with me.

The absolute worst "parts middle man company" there is in the industry. Stay far away from this company. Horrible communication, plays games with empty promises, does not deliver what they promise. You would be more satisfied by throwing your money in the garbage can with a gallon of gas and lightning it on fire. By far less aggravating. Company sucks.

We've been looking for extension attachments so that we can use our pressure washer to easily clean our metal roof. After hours of research, we concluded that Ultimate washer has the best selection at the best price. Dave in customer service was extremely helpful with recommending the most suitable combination of accessories for our needs and finalizing our order. This was an excellent purchasing experience!

Sent me the wrong parts, called 3 times to get it fixed. No call back no replies to my RMA form that I filled out twice. Finally when I paypal disputed it I received an email telling me to ship them back. Had to send pictures to show that the wrong parts were their fault. Finally get a return shipping label 4 weeks later. Mailed the stuff back a week ago and still waiting on a refund from almost 2 months ago. Will never recommend or do business with them again.
Update: I did finally get a refund hence the 3 stars and I do appreciate the reply to this review. However the hassle this all caused defiantly will make me shop somewhere else.

Thank you Drew and Ultimate Washer for the best overall prices for my pressure washer accessories and supplies. Believe me, I spent hours and hours, and even more hours shopping,until my brain and eyes went buggy. I'm glad I did it because I saved money! They even matched a price on the Hyde swivel nozzle wand without me asking!

I had spent sometime searching online threw many other sites looking for a certain Cat pump for my company in the Philippines. Dave Tripp with Ultimate Washer got it and supplied me with all the associated parts that I was needing at the best price. Hands down this is the best place to buy equipment & parts. Initially your company over-charged our company card by thousands of dollars. We had to catch the error and call you to fix it. Then, you had another internal mix-up and failed to deliver the items on the time schedule given. Subsequently, our company will suffer, as we are not able to operate on schedule. Victor from this company could care less in helping to resolve the matter and make it right.

I was in the market for a hot box and did a lot of research before i made my purchase from Ultimate Washer. They answered my questions and was pleasant to deal with. The price was hard to beat and they offered free shipping so it was an easy decision. I will defiantly call Ultimate Washer again for all my pressure washing needs.

Did not email all tracking numbers. Called to ask about tracking numbers and person was very inpatient and told me there is another call. Then let the answering machine answer the call and focus on my issue. For an order, over $150 I should get better customer service.
