I have been with ultimate realty going on 3 years now and I haven't had one problem.. anything that's messed up they fix it within 24 hours and they also work with you.. wonderful company to lease from..

Do Not use Ultimate Realty. Waiting for them to get the mess together and trusting them left me homeless after putting in my 30 day notice to move after telling them my lease was up Dec.31. The property continuously failed inspections at 2419 Shannon. Samantha told me Jennings wanted them to redo the whole house and they couldnt but it went right back up on renting sites... I did get my deposit but not my app fee of $50 being disabled that's a lot of money to take from someone on top of making them lose their place to live.
I read some negative reports but I can't say anything negative. I've been waiting to see if I will have issues with this company but I honestly don't have anything negative to say. No place a person moves in is going to be 100 percent. But realistically I live in a great neighborhood and the house I'm in is satisfactory. There are some small, very small issues that I can take care of. I moved here to regroup and get my life on track after leaving my husband after 20 years of marriage. This company has been a God sent for me. They work with me when they can and this is my second year with them. First time I've ever had to rent and it's been a very positive experience.
The saddest excuse for a reality company. Very prejudice, properties are ran down, they have no sense of urgency for repairs. They will steal your deposit money. Rent with another company.
Do NOT rent from this company!! You will not get the benefit of quality service for what you pay in monthly rent. We're paying $900 per month rent for a complete DUMP! Have had nothing but problems since moving into one of their homes and staff is extremely laid back about repairs. Repairs end up being "patch job" because this company is only interested in making money. They could care LESS about the tenant. Currently I'm having a serious plumbing issue (can't bathe or flush toilet due to sewer blockage). Maintenance sends out drain company and less than 24 hrs later, standing water and sewage in basement for 2nd day in a row. And this lousy company says they're unable to get anyone out until tomorrow. Meanwhile, I can't take a shower or use the bathroom in a home that only has ONE bathroom. Icing in cake, they tell a family of 4 to limit water usage until they can get someone out here....really? Maybe it's just me but how do 4 ppl limit their water usage when at some point one of us is going to need to use the bathroom? But we are partly to blame when this is what you get when you rent from a company that waits until the day you move in to advise that they need to replace the refrigerator. Which took them a week to do!!! If I haven't made myself clear, do NOT rent from Ultimate Realty. They don't care about their tenants!!!
This company is trash I been a house since september and my maintence issues still arent fixed they give you the run around they add fees to your portal for mistakes they made every month its a different fee on top of my rent I put utilities in my name and the home owner took them out on several occasions is outrageous high for a dump house I cant wait til my lease is up
My lease was transferred to these people, unfortunately from people who I had done business with previously and had a good relationship with. After submitting several maintenance requests online and not hearing back on it, I received a letter (the first letter from them about this matter) stating that if they did not get a response from me in 30 days the ticket would be closed permanently. Come to find out when I called in, left a message with my work number and they called back, they had the wrong number on file for me. But, I had the opportunity to give them my correct phone number with the info sheet they sent out to me when the lease changed over? No no no, how was I supposed to know there was a wrong number on file and it needed to be changed? That's illogical. They sent me a text about it the maintenance issue, but from a line that could not receive texts back. But wait, they sent me a text but had the wrong phone number on file for me? I submitted a request online, and I couldn't get an email back? And the phone call I received regarding the misinformation and to set up the maintenance (for roaches, btw) was under the tone that I was in the wrong. That I did something wrong here. Unacceptable. No one should have to live with these things nor receive a rude call to let you know what you did wrong in requesting service about them. Let's turn the tables. Let's take all the bugs I have, give them to someone on their staff, and then I'll give a lackluster effort in trying to contact them and send a letter saying that I'm interested in just writing it off like it didn't exist. Honestly. Seriously unimpressed with these people. I would hope that someone of influence within their organization figures out how to make this right.

Ultimate Realty has always offered the best of service to me as a property owner. I travel to Texas every week, and I can't be around to help my tenant with issues all the time. Ultimate Realty really helps with taking the stress away from me. When I was a kid, I never said that I wanted to be a landlord. With Ultimate there for me, I don't have to be. They really are great at what they do, and I appreciate having them there for me.
Reliable and easy to work with. The monthly and yearly reports are very helpful. Everyone I've worked with was friendly and made sure I was happy.
Everyone at ultimate realty took the time to get to know us and our home before they sold it. And they immediately set up multiple showings and open houses. We had countless people come look at the house within the first week after we put it on the market. The staff kept us updated by email/text/phone about anything and everything that went on during the selling process. They always asked for our permission, but they were also available to give us advice about what they would do if they were the homeowners. They ve obviously had a lot of experience selling homes, and were very professional! Getting the house under contract was seamless they made it so easy for us. We originally hired a different realtor to sell the home, but after having it on the market for two months without so much as an offer, decided to look elsewhere. That s when we found ultimate realty and I m so thankful that we did! They did an excellent job from start to finish and I would recommend them to anyone!
The company is a fake they had me sign a lease then said that I couldn't move in BEWARE OF SCAM

My wife and I met with Tiffany Gerling (the owners daughter in law) at a rental property they were showing about a month ago. The space had a lot of square footage but was pretty outdated for the price they were asking. We shared a few reservations and she asked us to give her our expectations. We replied either they could lower rent and we would perform some of the updates and renovations needed, or they could perform the updates for the pricing they were asking. She was very positive and said she would work with the owner and go back and fourth to work out something for both of us..... cool, right?.... she said she would call us back in two days which would give her time to speak with the owner. 2,3,4 days went past and nothing said. I texted her (which was our primary communication). No response. Waited a couple more days... everyone gets busy... texted her again, no response. Waited another day and called her and left a voicemail. I never received a response from her to this date and that was 4 weeks ago. I don t get it. Just text or call back and say that you weren t interest in us as tenants or that the owner wasn t interested. It s really that simple and is a very common courtesy. It turns out to be a good sign because if this is how they treat people, I would not want to deal with them in a rental situation.
Samantha has made my entire experience with Ultimate Realty extremely pleasant and efficient. She never had an issue with answering the tons of questions I had :-). She is an absolute pleasure to work with. I have been very pleased with this company.
Have been renting from them for about 7 months, AC unit stopped blowing cold air in the middle of the night and they had someone here 2 hours after I put the request in the next day. It was 86 degrees in the house so I am extremely grateful. The maintenance man was very friendly. Would recommend this place to anyone.
They are great, if I have a problem it's taken care of right away.
I've been a tenant of Ultimate Realty for almost a year now. In the time I've lived in this house, I have been in awe of how responsive Ultimate Realty has been to any issues with this house. When I moved in early last summer, there was an immediate issue with spiders -- and I'm terrified of spiders! An exterminator arrived within 24 hours, and the spiders were gone. I have dogs, so needed pet-safe treatment, since one of my dogs had a seizure disorder. I was so appreciative of the guy who came; he assured me that what he was spraying was pet-safe. I also had a plumbing issue last year, the drains were running slow, and that was immediately taken care of by a plumber who arrived within 48 hours. Just recently, the sewer backed up into the basement! I just happened to go down there late at night to do some laundry, so caught the problem really early. I put in an emergency work order late that night, and the drain guy was knocking on my door shortly after 8am the next morning. It was a blockage at the street that caused the problem, and it was resolved within a few hours after his arrival. And the latest issue was a problem with massive heating bills. Ultimate sent a technician to check the furnace, but I told them the problem was in the attic, since the snow melted off the roof within hours. And so it was! There was NO insulation up there at all!!! The attic was insulated within a few days, and the difference in the house has been dramatic.
I guess what I'm trying to say here, is that every single issue I've had has been handled very professionally, and resolved very quickly. The entire team at Ultimate Realty has been incredible in handling all of my needs, and I'm very happy with how well they've taken care of each issue that has arisen here. From the boss on down, they are an impressive group of people, and I can't say enough about them. GOOD people, GOOD company, and I'm really glad I live here and have them to take care of things for me. Many thanks to everyone at Ultimate!!!
