If I could give -0 stars I would. Handling home care for my uncle a VET . Home care coordinators do not return multiple meaasges neither does supposed VA case manager (Tula)
Agency does not communicate changes in HHA or changes in days of service. Aide claims she worked... clocked in per their system but did not show up leaving my uncle without service for the day. Don t use this agency if you care about your love one.
I truly am blessed to have found my home in Ultimate care. I can Honestly say this is by far the very best agency i have Worked for. I say This because the bosses let it be known we are appreciated and in many different ways reward their employee s. It s so much room for growth and they want to see you succeed. I started as a coordinator in sept of 2018 and a few months later was promoted to team leader because they saw my dedication. Also now that i have Decided to relocate instead of just accepting me leaving they offered me a position that will allow me to still be part of the team and be employed still at ultimate care. Your work speaks for it self and it is very much acknowledged. Upper management listen to new ideas and are always willing to make things better. Very happy to be part of the Ultimate team we are the best PERIOD

This is the best homecare agency around. The employees are caring and professional, and the administration really wants what's best for patients and employees.
High Management needs to work with there employees. My mother is a patient for this agency and it s been three weeks that she has not had any home attendants. The coordinator always says that the case is staff but three weeks in a row is ridiculous. I understand that we are in a pandemic but they should work better with the family and informing them with the accurate information. My mother is not a easy patient and that I understand but however people who work as coordinator and HHa should be liable and held responsible for cases that are not being staff. I understand about last minute emergencies so please don t write excuses for this agency..
They helped me and my father considerably when he needed the aid the most. These people are true humanitarian doing their best for families.
I can honestly say that I have never seen a more caring bunch! Ultimate Care has shown time and time again that patient care is their #1 priority! They have gone above and beyond for their patients and also their aides. They have also shown their gratitude for their employees. This is a great company to work for.

Worst company every they alway getting the pay mess up every week the money I work that week they try to give me half or less it's alway something , I had to quit cause this is the worst agency I ever worked for. PAYMENT IS ALWAY A ISSUE . The company only want to look good a big fraud to they giving out phones but cant pay me for the last 2 week or 3
THEIR NAME IS NOT HOW THE PATIENT IS TREATED. MY 83 YEAR OLD MOM WITH STAGE 4 DEMENTIA HAS BEEN LEFT WITHOUT AN AIDE FOR DAYS. THEIR AIDES JUST COME TO WATCH TV & SIT BESIDE PATIENT. THEY DONT COOK & FEED PATIENT. THEY DEPEND ON OTHERS TO DO IT. THEY DONT FOLLOW CARE PLAN & THEY CATCH AN ATTITUDE & MAKE UP LIES ABOUT THE PROXY TO GET AWAY WITH WHAT THEY DONT DO.
