We ve prepaid for second machine which doesn t work because it s not been connected properly. Can t get through on their phone number as it tells you to select a number but doesn t accept it and then just keeps repeating the menu.
Our first machine also cuts off for 10 minutes at a time for some reason at random times.
Just a bit fed up when you can t reach a company after we have made a payment for a machine that doesn t work.

4 years I had a contract with them , due to them not being competitive in my renewal I have had to move to a new merchant. When My contract ended I had to pay 3 months in advance payments to leave them which is a joke . Plus to send the card machine back they got me to pay the postage expenses Absolute joke where I believe they should be uplifting there machine and their expense . . Will never use this company again. Guys be careful and avoid this company at all costs. The started quoting me terms and conditions. Avoid at all costs. they also have a habit through their merchant to put up rates after 3-6 months with them.
