Weekend a.m. Replenishment shift Fri-Sun
is very disorganized with a supervisor who has very little understanding of processes and machinery. Like I was told not to stand on Order picker fork blades as he didn't want me to bend them. I weigh 265 lbs and the capacity of the O.P. is 3,000 lbs so that wouldn't happen. They don't plan work ahead of time so you may arrive ready to work at 6a.m. and they will send you home without pay as very little work to do rather than call people ahead of shift start up to save travel time and fuel costs.

I wasnt here a good month I was disrespected by one of the long time employees so I talked to hr 2 days later they fired me saying my production. Its alot of people production was low alot of people missed work. I worked hard. The gay guy fired me because I looked better than him lol. I told them if they couldnt do nothing about the disrespectful employee i was going to call corporate next thing I know I was fired.

This is a good place to work..I went for a walk through for a job.. Looks pretty decent and they have upgraded technology where you can walk through a metal detector looking thing and it scans you for COVID-19 and it's a self sanitizer. I thought that was neat.

Ulta,

Since you have deemed your warehouses essential due to shipping personal toiletries, soap, shampoo/conditioner, dental hygiene products, skincare and baby products will you be prioritizing shipment of these orders above non-essentials?

Will you suspend 21 Days of Beauty which must be greatly increasing your volume of orders and thus the number of employees needed in warehouses to ship it out?

Will you provide employees with paid leave (which does not include using their available PTO) and give the employees who choose to continue to work to ship out toiletries and other essentials hazard pay? This would greatly reduce the number of workers putting themselves and their families at risk every day and ensure that Ulta is prioritizing customers with truly essential orders.

A friend works here. Great place to work. Lots of benefits including surprise boxes of ulta goodies

Love this place, 1st time loading here and was ready when arrived, need more sings about truck entry and so on but ill come back anytime

Nasty people and they give the hard jobs to the temporary people. In the 12 hrs shift the lead worker Chloie talking 6hrs about her private life to her friends in the job. Easy money if you see other people working hard in the heat. I was # 3 in production and even skipping my breaks, as I told the you give the big boxes to the tem and easy one to your friends, I was fired.

I love this job. Great pay and benefits. Only down side is that you cant work two jobs because the work flow can change and mandatory is for everyone reguardless of any situation

I really enjoyed the job. The overtime (pay) was great The hours were long, but they let me go on my birthday.
Lack of peak production.

To my opinion this is a good excellent job they pay good , and it is not a hard job it is a easy job. I reccomend this company for to go to work anybody. I do not get in trouble because I make more than 100 percent .

I was working there had to leave due to foot surgery I gotta say it was one of the best jobs I could of had I was in shipping department my supervisor was the best my coworkers we got our job done was real good place to work

I honestly wish I could give this place 0 stars! I started working there through a temp agency almost a month ago and I had my few select people that I would converse with but other than that I barely talked or bothered anybody and I worked hard and did what I was asked to do. They have an employee who specifically targets and picks on young black people and they are aware of this but have done absolutely nothing about it!!!!!!! This particular lady and I worked in the same department and one day we got into this huge argument because she was trying to blame a box full of bags that had been built incorrectly on me and I had never even touched it! Since that day this woman has made my work experience a living hell and I figured the best thing for me to do was remove myself from that department when our clerk leaves..... well she reported me to multiple supervisors and lied and said I was clocking out early which led to me being fired, Randstad fired me w/o showing me a time sheet w/ proof of these occurrences, and I was told if I came back I would be ticketed for criminal trespassing! The worst part is this woman apologized to me and I saw her talking to another supervisor shortly after right before I got fired and Randstad didn t even know my name... I was being called Forest..... I would advise anyone to not work here and especially don t deal with Randstad!!!!!!!!!!!

Very unprofessional Management. Do not recommend working there.

Ulta may have good products but the Dallas Distribution Center is awful the management here is unprofessional and rude. I can't really say that the entire center is like this but the area I worked in really wears the shoes.. They are not trained properly have no morals for the next person..However the attitude is you need a job so I'm your commander and u will lick the ground I walk on so uneducated when it comes to authorized..You can have a great team but if the leader is not able to lead you have nothing..Hopefully E comm m-t day shift can train their supervisors properly because if they don't I can see a total disaster..I can say that I was able to work with the weekend morning shift and he's awesome ....go Marco great guy

Huge warehouse. Pay well bad supervisors. VTO employees too much.

I worked here seasonal, second shift, two longest months ever. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with an employer. There needs to be a serious check with management. There is a very clear preference for a certain race by one of the trainers. Favoritism is also a very clear issue I noticed since day 1 all the way up until my last day here. One of the assistants actually does the work for others if they re good enough friends to keep her around to talk.

The supervisor s assistant is lazy, he does not pull his weight whatsoever. He walks around like he owns the place and he s very rude. He gossips about who will get fired, doesn t put in the effort to communicate with workers who struggle with English, and he picks on people working in that department.

To top it all off, you work up to 12 hours 6 days a week, you stand the entire time (excluding breaks) and occasionally pull lift and push boxes filled with extremely heavy shampoos and towards the end of your shift after your feet and back start to hurt the same lazy assistant comes up to you and tells you you aren t working hard enough because your percentage isn t high enough even if you feel you ve been working to the best of your abilities all shift.

Certain people get boxes that take longer to work on and even though they acknowledge that this will get you a lower percentage, they will still let people go over this.

Basically the way this works is if you re a favorite, you can get the same lazy assistant to have other workers give you easy boxes to work on the full day which will in turn get you that high percentage to keep you in the company, if that s not enough the other assistant will come over and have a fun conversation with you and do the work for you on and off throughout the full 12 hour shift.

A recommendation given is if you re struggling with your percentage and production, that s completely fine, just give up your breaks to fix it.

I witnessed people get very sick and be forced to work or lose their job, I ve witnessed a man get very sick and pass out and I ve witnessed a woman tell an assistant her foot is doing very badly but they moved her around the warehouse to one of the departments that require hard work regardless.

I would NEVER recommend this job to anybody. I m beyond glad I m gone and I plan on NEVER applying to go back. They may have good pay, but for the treatment it is not worth it.

Pros: occasional gratis bags, Good pay, 3days on 4days off.

Cons: Super very Slow 12 hour shifts( when there's work), Usually No hours(often when there's no work) Closed campus( for lunches, breaks and entire shift you must stay inside building)

Went here to pick up a Load and we were in & out in 30 minutes!

There s a thief in the warehouse packaging department! I ordered my $130 Valentino perfume and got a box full of bubble wrap and the lipstick I ordered. The order slip states the perfume is inside. I am just so shocked and saddened by this. I called to see if there s cameras where the packaging takes place and they said there is NOT.

I've never seen any organization all my life that treat their employees with great care!!
Ulta Dallas is a place to work and you'll be glad keep that job!!

I GIVE THIS JOB A 5 STAR ITS A GREAT PLACE TO WORK AT ..BUT AS FAR AS ECOMM EVENING SHIFT A 0...AS FAR AS LEADS AND SUPERVISIORS ..I WISH I HAD A CHANCE TO WORK WITH MORNING SHIFT I LOVED THE WEEKEND SHIFT...I MEET SOME NICE PPL FROM EVENING AND SOME FROM MORNING AS I WAS COMING IN...SOME PPL ARE JUST NOT A GOOD FIT TO BE RUNNING A DEPARTMENT I SEEN A WHOLE LOT GOING ON THAT I WOULD NOT LET FLY AT ALL...BUT NOT MY PLACE....AWAY ILL SAY GIVE THIS JOB A CHANCE IGNORE THOSE THAT THINK THEY ABOVE YOU AND JUST KEEP IT MOVING!!!...

Good paying job and benefits, it s hard to work two jobs or go to school because of the work flow and peak. Other than that it s an easy job
