Since you have deemed your warehouses essential due to shipping personal toiletries, soap, shampoo/conditioner, dental hygiene products, skincare and baby products will you be prioritizing shipment of these orders above non-essentials?

Will you suspend 21 Days of Beauty which must be greatly increasing your volume of orders and thus the number of employees needed in warehouses to ship it out?

Will you provide employees with paid leave (which does not include using their available PTO) and give the employees who choose to continue to work to ship out toiletries and other essentials hazard pay? This would greatly reduce the number of workers putting themselves and their families at risk every day and ensure that Ulta is prioritizing customers with truly essential orders.
