Weekend a.m. Replenishment shift Fri-Sun
is very disorganized with a supervisor who has very little understanding of processes and machinery. Like I was told not to stand on Order picker fork blades as he didn't want me to bend them. I weigh 265 lbs and the capacity of the O.P. is 3,000 lbs so that wouldn't happen. They don't plan work ahead of time so you may arrive ready to work at 6a.m. and they will send you home without pay as very little work to do rather than call people ahead of shift start up to save travel time and fuel costs.
