I was writing this review to let you know about a rather unpleasant interaction I had with one of your agents. I was in the alleyway behind your office on Ford Street, which is not available to through traffic. We were there because we were dropping off books to donate at a new book store opening up on the same street.

We were only there for a total of 7-10 minutes. I witnessed a white Jeep Cherokee try to pull in behind us. We had our hazards on while were were unloading the boxes. I noticed the white Jeep back out and thought nothing of it. As we were finishing up the confrontation with Susie Chesney began.

She asked us if we were moving in, we stated that we were just dropping off some books and were on our way. She stated that this was the 3rd time she s been blocked in from getting to the office (mind you the alleyway is not open to through traffic). She then began to get belligerent with me and my family as we were telling her we were leaving and that she could leave as well. I will NOT go into detail as to what was said by Suzie as it has no place being used in any context. She was very mean and nasty toward my wife, sister and mother and father in law.

This is obviously not something you would expect to encounter when going about your day and donating books to a local business.

I would never use such language and I hope your customers take a second look at what kind of agent they want to represent them. Because I feel that Suzie was not only EXTREMELY unprofessional, but was not in keeping with what I know Re/Max wants in their agents.

I have been going back and forth with moving from my current home. I contacted ReMax and got in touch with my new Realtor Suzie Chesney. She has been extremely patient with me during my time of indecisiveness! She has walked me through every step of the process of listing my home and I know, that my home is in the right hands with Suzie. Although I have not yet pulled the trigger in selling, I will use Suzie for all of my real estate transactions in the future. Thank you for making such an emotional decision for me so much easier.

My fiance had a moment of weakness and called Shelly over the phone to withdraw his offer (after he signed the purchase agreement), I called her back the very next morning and she said she already went with another bidder. Very wrong, not to mention illegal!
