I have a lot of experience with Harley-Davidson dealerships in the southeast Wisconsin area. I can tell you that some dealers #1 priority is making a sale, whereas Uke's H-D focuses on making a relationship. I have been at Uke's many, many times over the years, to check out the bikes, enjoy their family friendly events, and even just walk around snapping photos of their museum upstairs.

I recently purchased a 2017 Road Glide Special at Uke's, and it was effortless. Jamie Ulinski didn't make the experience like a sale, negotiating back and forth, it was more like hanging out w/ an old friend, and at the end of the conversation, I bought a bike from him. While Jamie had to step away for some paperwork, another employee took me on a behind the scenes tour of the service area, and lower level, where I was even introduced to Keith Ulicki, the owner. He was busy w/ an issue w/ the air compressor, but still took the time to say hello.

There are actually 2 other Harley-Davidson dealerships closer to where I live, but I choose to go the extra miles, because I know Uke's Harley-Davidson would for me.

My Harley-Davidson purchases in the future will definitely be w/ Jamie at Uke's Harley-Davidson.

First in house experience with Uke's and I was pleasantly surprised. As a woman, I am accustomed to the snarky and/or sexist comments that come when you walk in alone to such a place. As if I couldn't possibly know and understand engines, motorcycles, and more. Or even worse, the comments often received toward the idea that I couldn't possibly be able to ride. I am a very experienced rider, that just wasnt able to own my own for a few years. Getting back on a bike just makes my heart soar. They were friendly, helpful, and I felt just as welcome as any long term customer may have. I was addressed immediately upon entering. John was very helpful and I never had to wait for anything, even though he had been quite busy. I was quite happy with the price I walked out with, and made a deal on the spot. They had a reasonable selection on site of both new and high quality used bikes. Huge shop on site. They also offer testing for licensing on location. Fair selection of clothing and other accessories with pretty good prices for HD. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

**warning** if you come to test ride, and dont bring your helmet, they will slap a used half cap on you.

Greeted at the door and friendly conversation and no pressure. Some interesting bikes on display. Like most H-D dealerships...lots of parts and accessories and clothing. Smallish Clearance section; especially for men and then mostly 2XX and 3XX only sizes left. Loved the Chocolate Harley-Davidson. Tasty!

Had the part we needed and even gave my daughter candy.

They are so guarded with everything but want to charge rediculous prices. Not helpful. I wanted to see pics of the parts I wanted to purchase and here was very hesitant to provide and site enough the parts here was going to order for me were wrong

Went in to look at bikes and the display was nice and the upstairs museum was wonderful. Was hopefully going to test ride to see if it would persuade me to purchase a bike since I was leaning back and fourth whether or not I wanted to invest in one and I was told to come back when I'm serious about buying.

Just bought a new 16' Ultra LTD. Dave Ratz was my guy and glad he was.Made sure I understood everything about the bike and its operation. Was very helpful with possible upgrades, whcih we ended up doing most of what he suggested. jackie and the retail staff are terrific, very willing to help with what ever your needs are. No pressure just a smile and "how's your day?" Great selection of everything HD. The owner is a guy like you've never met before. he walks the floor and will share a cup of coffee with you and talk HD. Best part is he's very low key and unassuming. If you like HD , you'll like this place...

Service was great. And Brenda especially reached out personally a few times on an issue i had. Solved it and i was good to go!

Stopped in this store after getting gas at a nearby gas station. They seemed to have about 50-60 bikes available for purchase. I was approached by a friendly salesman and answered all of my questions. I will be in the market for a bike soon and may return to this store.

Stopped by today with no appt. scheduled. Was having some trouble with relay plugs not communicating with a strobe modulator I had purchased on line (not in store). Billy was more than willing to look over the connectors, not only did he get the bike to work but he also cleaned up the wires that were a mess, and I didn t even need the extra modulator. I will most certainly be returning to Billy for any of my bike needs!! The attention to detail is appreciated!!! Thanks!!

The Service we received was excellent! Bought a bike private party called and asked if we could just come by and get it serviced at a drop of a dime on a Saturday during the busy season. Rob not only did a wonderful job getting the 1000 mile service he also added LED headlights and tail lights and went over the bike to check it out- all done by the end of the day. Seriously happy camper! Best experience I have had by a person who was knowledgeable and seemed to enjoy his job while providing wonderful customer service. Keep up the great work and positive attitude! Ukes should be aware of such a great employee! Thanks again!

Got a call from Kurt at Ukes Harley Davidson and was told I was approved and all I needed to come in to pick a bike. So I go there and he had a totally different story. You wasted my time. He could have just called me and told me over the phone that the bank didnt approve me. Instead of getting my hopes up. He spoke to me like he didnt even want to help me at all. Worst customer service I have ever received did not even try to help me.

Excellent selection of cycles, parts and clothing. The entire staff from sales and parts to clothing is super knowledgeable and friendly. This no-pressure dealership is the best I ve dealt with.....a great family owned business. I highly recommend Ukes!!!!!

Very friendly staff, and they didn't even make me feel weird, for not riding in, on such a crummy weather day.

LOVE this place! My grandfather started it in 1930 and my family has run it ever since. The shop is beautiful and big, great selection of bikes, full service including customization, and a great staff.

I stopped in just before they closed on a Saturday "Just to look" I was greeted by Dave in sales and I fell in love with a Road glide Ultra they had on the floor. After asking a Million and 1 questions being this was my First Harley Davidson. And a short talk with Rob and Dave about customizing i decided to pull the trigger and I was Riding Home on my Baby an hour later! I can honestly say I havent stopped smiling since!! I was thoroughly impressed with the Customer servce at ukes! It was an hour and a half after close and not once did I feel like i was keeping them from something or bothering them! I would Highly Reccomend this dealer to anyone and I will continue to make the drive from illinois to do business with them! Thanks Again guys

my bike didnt start, i charged over night came in to Uke's asked them to check it. they said it needs a full charge and they charged me $53. I asked them do i need to buy a new battery they said "NO" cool. got back on my bike about 30-45 miles later all the power on my bike shot off. thank god i made it to another dealer, that fixed my bike. Uke's fried my battery and my power distributor, I called them asking for my $53 back they said no asked for a manager to call me back, never happened. I would never go back to them for anything!
