Not such a good experience this time. Poor organisation on my mother in laws case.
However they achieved the purpose we desired: she got her leave to remain. For this of course we are grateful. My wife found the process stressful because the lawyer only occasionally replied to her voicemails- so it was communication that was the difficult part.
