I've been repeatedly relying on the Tech Connection for computer purchases, repairs, and accessories for over 10 years. I've found their sales staff, management, and repair technicians to be professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. They have high quality computers and electronics at very economical prices. Definitely not recommended if you purchase Apple products. Apple has return policy that you can return products within 14 days without being questioned. However, the store policy is not accept returns if they are opened. Not aligned with Apple policy, even they assure you that they are ("FAKE") official store there. If you want purchase something, buy directly from the Apple's website. Btw although two guys were kind, the lady did not help me today was not kind. When I greeted and expressed my concern, she looked at another girl and laughed. They need to train themselves for not discomfort customers!
