Trying to reach them and get work started for over one month for EBC / A+. They reply to each message or email after one week. Forget about work quality the behavior is so bad and unprofessional (contacted all - Simran/ Anup and support id but no one respond properly). If you care for your brand try some other place. I wasted my time and efforts, such a REGRET.

Tried contacting them multiple times on whatsapp. They do not even care to reply if not interested in your product photo shoot.

Very professional in their approach & no hidden charges...was a good experience

i called Anup from ugly studio for my product shoot (Slippers) . in initaial conversation he assured me a good Photoshoot in 3-4 days. then i handed over my product to him.
but my utter surprise he send me photograps after 10 days that too bad quality(photo quality shoot by myself with phone was much better than his quality) after that he even stopped to pick up my call.
i got my product after 20 days that too without photoshoot.
