I would definitely give 0 star if google offers me that option. Horrible services from the staffs who don't care about coming students at all. They are super unprofessional about the services they provide, such as distributing packages.
By the way, the apartments are super unsafe to stay. I have to evacuate from my apartments 3 times due to real fire 100 ft from my apartments, and have received police warnings about people trying to break through apartments. So good luck to people still trying to stay here.
So this afternoon I get a call that I need to be evicted until October because the stairs leading up to my 2nd floor apartment are unsafe. At the time of their 1st call (12pm) they don't know when I need to move out, where I will be moved to or when I can move back. When they finally call back at 5pm they notify me that I need to remove everything I need to live from my apartment by Wednesday morning (mind you today is Monday afternoon) and that I cannot return to my apartment until late October. They will be moving me into a smaller apartment in the plaza until further notice. And lack the information to tell me what to do about rent and moving my wifi service. I will have to figure out work, my living situation, and preparing for school with a 1ish day notice to move out. The room they are moving me into is smaller and they gave me no time to prepare to move my things. I don't know how my new apartment looks or if someone else already lives there and I have no way of knowing before they want me to move in (tomorrow).How could they even let the state of the stairs get so bad that It's dangerous to live in the apartment.
