The food was good and the service was hospitable. I got my money"s worth and more.

Food was a little cold but I waited too long to pick up my plate but it was REALLY GOOD...

I love this place!! I eat here about 3 times a week!! Angela and the cook are the best!!!

It took 30 minutes to get my order and then my was wrong. Not pleased.

My experience was horrible. I called in my order, only to get there and it wasn't even started. I had to wait over 45 minutes for my food. When the lady opened the tray to make sure my order was correct, it was missing the shrimp and sausage that comes with the order. I then had to wait an additional 20 to 25 minutes. I had stayed away for their wait time before, but this visit definitely sealed the deal on me not going back. They need better management.

It's small inside. But the foods the star here. No I wouldn't sit here and eat. It's.more just take out. food is great.

Idk what people talking about . But their shrimp broil is nasty! No type of butter. No sauce. Waste of money for sure. Only thing that was good was the lemonade

The fried crab, garlic sauce crab, shirmp poeboy, and crawl fish is excellent. Their food is of the highest quality in taste. A must try.

It's good food the only problem is kinda cute/funny but the crabs snap at ya if ya get too close but they don't like try to harm you

Don t get me started... The food is superb! I love their spicy crab legs! Why am I just now finding a place like this?! My only complaint would be that they hardly ever answer the phone which I understand because it s pretty busy most of the time. Most of the staff are friendly but I did happen to get one rude guy..just once..but I don t care because the food is great. Worth the wait!

Food is cook to order so it takes min. Other than that worth the wait

Speed will never be fast but as far as price and quality and taste go it really is top notch. I love the food here captain tom my go to plate.

These people ruined my wife s birthday. I called and ordered 50lbs of crawfish. I called a week in advance I even called them to verify and confirm that I was coming to get the crawfish Friday a day before. I get here on time 3pm Saturday the same time I called and told them multiple times all for the to look at me and say oh we thought you weren t coming they said they called me and my phone was out of service. I gave them my number like 4 times over the phone. I looked at the paper that I ordered and it shows my entire number except the last 2 digits of the number is scribble scrabble no one can read. The last two numbers of the phone number look like something my son wrote down. So now her surprise birthday is ruined as well as everyone waiting to get there. Thanks to the incompetent people who work here. Service here is terrible I would never recommend this place ever. I even drove 45 minutes to get here because a friend recommended it. HUGE MISTAKE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

Food is bland and customer service is horrible. I don't know...I liked this place years ago, but over the last few years, "quality" and "freshness" have taken a backseat.

I gave them too many chances thinking maybe I just went on a few bad days. But, today was the last straw. They have consistently been lackluster. I'm done with them.

My crab legs smelled like ammonia/ pee . And my potato s were brown AND mushy . I think they gave us old food . .

This place was great when it opened however now they are very slack on changing the cooking oil on a timely basis...so I stop going!!

I buy seafood from this place pretty regularly... cooked and raw! Small fee for cooked foods but worth it in the end! Always fresh when I buy raw... Great place!

They accept EBT and you only have to pay $1 just for fresh hot food customer service is amazing! And the food oh my if your looking for and abundance of fresh hot seafood for affordable price this is the place!!! They give you so much food you can't even close the plate and the prices are so cheap!! Favorite place

I called and ordered my food at 7:26pm. Got there at 8pm. Food not close to being ready. In fact, I believe they waited to drop my fish until I got there and paid. If it's the money I could have paid over they phone just have my food ready!!! The purpose of ordering ahead is so I don't have to wait another 26 minutes in there to get my food. So 1 full hour wasted!!!! Food is good, timing of service SUCKS EGGS!!!

I HAD TO WRITE A REVIEW! An old co-worker told me this was the only place she trusted and I understand why. Everything is fresh. Friendly people. You have to wait a while on your food, but again it is FRESH! THEY NEVER LET ME DOWN. Since I moved here a few months ago I been here like 6 times. The price isn't a killer either.

I ordered the 3 Snow Crabs for 21.99 which includes a half of corn and potatoes. I also added the 10 shrimps at 5.99.

Prices good but I've definitely had better smells like old fish and the fish I got was a little under cooked

Service is slow, but its always the best seafood places that takes a long time. Make sure you always call ahead, that way the wait isnt long. Garlic crabs are sooooo good. A little to the sweet side but its still so tasty and good.

Place is getting slacker by the days!!! Long waits and now their only wanting to give you 3 butters
