Nice and clean shop nice and good service and good parking conditions

It was ok as always.
Had the item I needed.
If one has to attach a comment, then they are not the cheapest, but I could get everything.

Bad service at the information desk, due to too few employee to expedite.

It is a Bauhaus as it is now. There is nothing special about it, but you can almost get what you need now when you need something made.

Their stock does not match their website.
Have gone in vain a few times.

Spent 15 minutes looking for what I needed, without luck. Then I used about The same thing about finding an employee I could ask for help, too, without luck. And it's far from the first time I've been out for this experience.

They didn't have what I needed, even though they have a large selection.

We have often shopped at Bauhaus, but have become so tired of lack of service that we are now choosing another DIY store. You can never get hold of an employee and when you finally find one, the standard answer is: "this is not my area".

Too long waiting for professional help in this case at 18 in the tile department.

One out of five boxes open and 7 in a queue who had called for a box of employees more but he did not manage to come before I was on, but still many in the queue behind

Nice place, I shop here regularly. But remember to photograph the prices with your mobile - their checkout system has no control whatsoever, and so the evidence is nice.

They have all competent and helpful staff giving just the extra so that you feel well treated as a customer

Bauhaus. Huge department store with a huge assortment. Drive-in and trailer rental. An okay large garden center. Their staff is always friendly and helpful. Plenty of staff ready to help. They always have what you need. Good parking facilities.

Quietly, did not buy anything. So one of the better visits;)

They really have everything you need - and the staff are good to help, even if you just look and ask.

They have a lot and are usually organized. Sometimes there is no consistency between the webshop's inventory list and the store's. It is slavish when it happens, but the staff are sweet to help find a solution.

Every time I come here - there is almost no staff and it takes us between 15 an 25 mins to get guidance / answers to any questions..
What s the point of the store if I can get more info and help online?

They have seen everything like this, often ending up here when driving in vain elsewhere. One could then hope they get established in Aarhus N sometime.

Really good construction market with reasonable prices and good service from competent staff.

Had booked a tile cutter but they had chosen to rent it out to someone else. A waste of time and gasoline.

Was yesterday morning at about 1010 in the garden center in the state there were 2 employees and talked to a gentleman it was something with working hours etc something internal. I talked to the one when there was a trolley with flowers and I asked for the price then I was referred to one of the green ones at the till till super service but then everything went wrong I contacted for price on the cart but when I did not know what the flowers were called ripped some pieces I tried to get him out to the cart but alas I could then pick them up myself (which I couldn't when they were filmed all the way around) he simply couldn't help so I went home and was bitter about me did not get the beautiful flowers with home and the experience of the slave practice unfortunately there are similar episodes with the same person but yesterday I had enough.

Normally it is a good experience, but today, October 16, 2020, it was a messy experience. The customer before me had ordered an item that the clerk could not find. After waiting for almost 20 minutes, I found an employee from another department. He could not find the shower enclosure I would like to buy. In the end, however, it succeeded. So the 3 minutes I expected it to take were more than 10 doubled.
The employee apologized, and told that they should have cleaned up.

Nice large selection. Only minus is that there is no drive-in for the lumber, only outdoor wood and garden items.

They have sold a product and no parts for it.

It is okay. However, I found it to be a dull variety of plants is limited. So for me, they don't have enough to be worth a visit - while their build market looks good.

This place is packed with tools and materials for your building project or your garden. The staff are friendly and component.
You can even check the prices and stock state for all their items on their homepage bauhaus.dk
It's also possible to book a trailer for any purpose on their homepage or on a computer stand at the store.
They also have an excellent return policy. Just keep your receipt.
Also they have price match for same item on a non-web-only store within certain distance from the store.

My experience was poor treatment / service by me as a Proff customer. If Bauhaus wants me / us as regular customers, many things need to change

That's all the heart desires for both the professional and the leisure-time craftsman. I think there are too few employees to help with the size of the store. You often have to look long after an employee who has time to help.

Have just been to the Bauhaus in Viby j and hold up a mad clerk standing at the checkout. Think she should have stayed home today. At first she gets angry that I've come to curl a barcode a little on a bag of nuts. It was just as not done on purpose. I should remember that it was VERY important that it was not curled even though one could easily see the price of the item. Then come come a lady to her at the same time and says that there is no more liquor on the table where you come in and to answer the clerk that it should be on the table otherwise it was probably stolen. Know that it does not sound like much but you can say things in a nice way instead of saying it as if you are only there to harass the clerk. I'll find another Bauhaus next time I need something there.

it's so ridiculous. Called bauhaus customer service and stood in line 10 min for canceling an order. Thought everything is in order but 2 hours later, I received an email that order is on its way.

Bauhaus have most stuff needed for home renovation. Staff is usually knowledgeable, but may be hard to find.

Excellent selection of tools and EVERYTHING POSSIBLE - good staff and good prices. 4/5 stars due to the quality.

Very successful visit and very great help from shop staff. 100% satisfied.

A good Bauhaus
Usually comes in Viby, but this one seems almost as great. It can be difficult to find help when you need it but they are very helpful when it is successful

Quite a nice place to trade building products and other things for home and garden, they have just about everything and can help with most things. Large parking lot so you can always find a space for the car and possibly. The trailer. They also have most of the plumbing and gutters. Household use.
But their advertising for "a large selection of fuses" they can well down, a large selection should be more than 2 kinds.

I usually prefer Bauhaus to other than the building markets in Aarhus. The reason for this is that I find their selection more refurbishment. Not just how many different items they have, but also because they often have a large selection in different models of the individual product.

The website says can be purchased in department stores. When you arrive, you are allowed to wait half an hour for a clerk, after you have searched in vain. Then you are told that it is only in selected department stores. Too bad you do not know it before driving away from home.
