Incredible. New record time this morning. I put the last of the information in last night at about 22:00 and the check is complete at 12:00 midday. Yikes! That's impressive. Gone are the days of waiting 3 weeks for a DBS check and turtle speed. UCheck = Cheetah!

Had an interview with uCheck and found that the interview process was very uncomfortable and intimidating with the questions they asked me. One of the interviewees was trying not to laugh at me, which I found very unprofessional! Small family run firm that seems very particular who they want onboard.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Jim on live chat was an excellent first point of contact, he arranged for Charlie to phone me. Charlie did promptly and was very helpful on the phone, sorting out our users.

Once the form had been submitted they clearly meticulously check them and are very quick to deal with queries. All in all first class service, we won t use anyone else for our charity DBS clearances.

Started an application back on the 23rd May to renew a DBS for a candidate still waiting! Its a joke service, contacted Gov they said no company can officially complete a DBS check quicker than they can.
