The food was amazing! The service was great! And you get alot bang for you buck!

Food was only so-so. Had trouble getting a table, not because there weren't any but because they were understaffed. The waitress however was excellent. If I go can you tell us again I hope I get Emilea again

Got seated right away, about 1/3 of the tables were empty, waited 5 minutes to get a server, once we ordered the food took 50 minutes, food was okay, wasnt amazing, but wasnt terrible. The price was outrageous for what we got as well. Will not be going back anytime soon

Decent eating experience. The atmosphere was pretty packed and sort of uncomfortable. Food was pretty good. The service was a little less than I would expect from this style of restaurant, but mostly just slow and not very friendly. Nothing that stood out as a strong negative.

Food is amazing, staff is always so nice and helpful!! We went for a date night and had such a good time! They have an option for dining or sports bar so you can pick your setting and not be disturbed by the loud sports or not disturb those who would rather not partake in sports viewing during dinner!! All in all it's such a great place to go!!

I love the lunch buffet and the 1/2 off pasta night on Mondays!

Not my favorite Uccello's, a bit dark and loud. The food makes up for it, though.

GF and I both ordered the Valentine's special, 15 mins later were told they only had 1 prime rib left, 15 mins later told it could only be well done. Never got the dessert that was included and were told we would be charged extra. Spoke with management and he was great! Dinner was a bad experience, but they made it right.

My friends and I come here a lot and we always find it as pleasant as the previous visit. We are always greeted by the manager "Mo" on the night shift. Creating a relationship is the key to a successful business. Thanks for the many welcoming visits and delicious food!!!

It's Uccello's! Fun atmosphere, and great place to watch the games. Typical Italian food flair.

My wife and I always have a good time sitting at the bar here. The bare tender are all friendly.

Our waiter was really slow and the food wasn't that good.

Food was fantastic. Service was great. Had a bit of a wait to get a table, but there were seven people in our group. But again, food was delicious. Was worth the wait. Highly recommend.

The server was amazing! We had kids with and they had us sit in a corner which was very nice to be out of the way for our Birthday meal for dad :)

Paid $4 extra to get chicken on my salad (a bit pricey ) and it came with a half a breast of chicken.

We waited well over an hour for our food. then multiple items were incorrect. The waitress stated she doesn't work in the kitchen so she doesn't know what to tell us. We spoke to the manager who was apologetic and took some of our items off our bill so he deserves high marks but the overall experience was very off-putting.

So busy and way too loud to be able to talk. Half hour wait wasn't bad considering how busy it was. Waitress didn't smile until she gave us our check.

Every time I come I receive terrible service. I.D. Twice every time (why the host even I.D?) never have the beer I want, always say that it is dry. Miscommunication from staff to staffBring your business to TGIF in Rivertown instead.

I've been eating the lunch buffet every Thursday for a few years now. It is always excellent!!!

I've Never been before, wanted to try out something from the Gluten Free menu [they have a seperate one]. I had the spinach and artichoke dip, and the 10" Deluxe pizza. DELICIOUS... Justin was a Fantastic server, he was kind, courteous, always checking in and refilling my beverage.
Kudos to the Managers for having such an Awesome staff. Excellent 1st impression!!

Great food great service. Try the Riviera salad pizza puffs. You won't regret it!

Went there for dinner on mother's day. Was seated right away but that was it. Never greeted by wait staff and never got water. Left after sitting there for 15 minutes. They weren't even busy. There were way more empty tables than there was full.

Way better than the one in Caledonia . The Caledonia location always got my food wrong so I decided to go to this ones and they got my order right .

We went for the lunch buffet -it was okay. Staff were incredibly friendly and the food was good -but I wasn't blown away. First, there wasn't a huge selection of pizza, which I would've expected from an Italian buffet. There was a taco Tuesday type theme which was kind of fun -but I felt $10.99 (not including a drink) was a bit pricy for a lunch buffet. Again, staff were great and the food was good -we may even be back, but we won't be rushing.

Good food (you have to try the mashed potatoes here) but expensive

My husband and I love this place! We come here all the time for drinks and apps. Their pasta and pizza is amazing too! We even used them for our rehearsal dinner in October!

Great food. A little loud in sport bar side. But to be expected. Hate the high top tables. Very uncomfortable

Very nice sports bar. TVs all over the place with multiple games being displayed, great service and good food. We shared a tasty sampler platter of wings, bruschetta, meatballs, pizza stix and mozz cheese balls. My wife enjoyed her chicken salad but my seafood risotto was only fair. Would definitely go back if I was in the area.

Pizza was good. Service was awful. Im from Grandville and won't be back. The service was that disappointing.

Had a Hawaiian style pizza on hand toss. Sauce was very light flavored but, they put it on heavy (I enjoyed that). Barely any pineapple and ham. If you like your pizza with enough cheese to stop your bowels for a few day, this will do it. The crust... OH YEAH! Crust was the best feature!
So, pizza was good, server rarely came by... she stood up by the bar area with 4 other servers and chit chatted about boats. She didn't deserve the 20% tip but, I never tip under 20.

A very nice place to enjoy good food, definitely one of the better restaurants in the area. Service was very good and reasonable prices for the high quality food selection. I would definitely recommend this place for great hot wings and chicken parmesan. The portions are also good value for the price.

We ordered lasagna dinner didn't get the bread until we asked for it that's not right

Me and my wife went there on a Saturday night and got right in. She got a pizza sub, I got a 14" pepperoni pizza. Neither was bad, but definitely not good either. The only other items we ordered were two diets, but our bill came out to $44.00. We will never come again. There are places with much better food for literally half the price.

Quick service and friendly staff. Definitely a good sports bar to catch all your favorite games. Women's bathroom does need some work- vanity/ sink area was broken.

Inviting atmosphere, lively bar side and wonderful wait staff. Food is awesome... the Margherita Dip is a superb appetizer.

Usually we come here and have great food and drinks. Tonight my drink was wrong and we sent our Mexican pizza back because it came without lettuce and tomato and was very very greasy, like a puddle of grease under pizza! Must be new management or cook. Not pleased today.

The food is always great and servers are always very friendly and have good suggestions! This location of Ucello's is perfect, because everything else around it is typical chain restaurants you can find anywhere. We love bringing family from out of town here because there's something for everyone and it's not a place they can find anywhere else.

Great service had issue with a bill and staff was quick to fix.

You can t go wrong with any of these local chain pizza and sports bars but I m a fan of Grandville. The staff is all great. Late night $4 pizzas can t be beat

Love the mushroom crustini... Never disappoint. My husband loved the riggatoni.... Sauce was sweet... Delicious!

I come here for the minestrone soup I love it tried to make it at home not the same will be going back.

Great food and weak drinks. Atmosphere is awesome. One thing they can do is when a big game is on is to play it over the loud speakers. That would make me give it 5 stars.
