I went here with family for my birthday and ordered a pizza. I took one bite and realized there was no sauce on it, so I told the waitress and they remade it. The manager brought the replacement out (after everyone else in our group had finished eating) and I joked and asked if she promised there was sauce on it this time. She said she pinky promised. I took one bite and I couldn't believe that there wasn't any sauce on this pizza either. Just dough and cheese. I felt like I was being Punk'd. I told the waitress again and the same manager came over and couldn't believe it either. She asked if I wanted it remade for a third time, but I declined. If a restaurant specializes in pizza, it shouldn't be that difficult to remember to put sauce on it. I'm really disappointed in this location and my family and friends will never go back, but we will tell everyone how awful they are.

The pizza was OK. It was very cold and extremely noisy!

I have always enjoyed eating here... Great food and great service. The lunch buffet they have during the week is also very good. Whether you are just coming here for a drink or for lunch/dinner you HAVE to try the pizza puffs! AMAZING!

Went for 1/2 price apps and drafts. Good service and had fun with the trivia/game tablet provided.

This place has a stombolli that is the smallest that I have ever seen they should call it an oven baked sub instead its not with $13 to be call a stombolli

We go there Friday's, and the prime rib on the buffet was great, but they must have changed to a cheaper meat, because it's super dry, and just not as good. They also play terrible music really loud sometimes.

10/10. Very busy but no wait. Highly recommend uccellos signature pizza

Had a great experience eating here. Waitresses was amazing, and the price was in line with what I would expect. Living in GR for 3 years there is so many options when it comes to restaurants, but this is one I should have tried earlier! Thanks again!

Ok, so the food was great. The margarita dip is the bomb, and the tortellini. One complaint is that the we sat at was too small for four people and very crowded. The waiter was nice but failed to remove the empty plates and cups. I think some more training is needed.

Had a gathering of 19 people and Uccello's was wonderful! The wait staff was helpful and even able to do separate checks. The food was delicious. Even though they don't take reservations, I called ahead and they had tables waiting for us. Highly recommend.

9.50 for a beer?.... yup... no prices on the beer menu... we should have asked I guess. Food is marginal at best. Service was great. We will never go back.

Great experience! They were busy but they still sat us quickly (6 people). Had many options including gluten free. Taylor was our server and she was very nice. Clean enviroment. Would highly recomend.

The staff here is fantastic. We had a large group of people and our waitress did an awesome job. She came back to check on drink refills consistently as well as took food orders promptly.
The food is what you d expect for a sports bar and restaurant. Not amazing, but not bad either. I got the boneless chicken wings and would get them again.

Coming from New York I have a pretty high standard for pizza. I have lived in Michigan for two years now and so far Uccello s has the best pizza in the area I live. With so many Pizza options around here this is my go to spot. Im always searching for that perfect pizza that reminds me of home. But so far this is the closest I have come. Look for The takeout specials. Well worth it.

Went there with my family for my birthday. As usual the meal didn't disappoint. Hey I should know I am Italian I love my pasta. Sicilian chicken, sirloin, pasta we're all excellent. The birthday boy received strawberry shortcake on the house, enough for a party of 4.

I live in Clarkston MI we need a Uccello's!
I am from Grand Rapids and moved to the east side of the state a few years ago and they don't have anything like Ucello's.
Went to GR for the holidays and we decided to order take out on Christmas eve, thought we would try a few different things. I have to say my new favorite is Chicken Gouda Flat Bread sandwich,
WOW!!! You have to try it! The Meatball sub and Ucello's Signature pizza, it was all so good!!! Thank you for the great customer service and AMAZING food! I will be back!

The buffet was delish, I usually never have a buffet. Today they had prime rib. I could not pass it up. Glad I did not, it was so good.

First time there in years. It was one of the yummiest sandwiches I have had in a long time and their chips are of the charts in deliciousness.

Had family birthday party last evening, service, food and server 502 was great.

Slow as can be wait for 1hour for a 6 top nothing special about it stood by hostess stand and had 3 groups of 6 get seated before we did and none had reservations I would not come back here anytime soon still waiting at hour and a half!!!!

This is the best restaurant I've been to in years....seriously this place has great service, (shoutout to Halie our awesome waitress!). It has some of the best food Ive ever had too...everything was cooked to perfection, and was delicious. Definitely coming back :)

The best meat sauce I've had anywhere (sorry mom). Excellent food and drink options. Great late night specials. Pizza is very good. Great place for sports fans. Been going to their restaurants well over a decade.

Just not a fan of their food. Wife got spaghetti and it was mush with what seemed to be cut up sausage patties. I got a burger to be safe.

Two words: stuffed. Pizza. The price is well worth the pizza.

Really great pizza as usual. And our waitress Hilary was fantastic! We didn't have a lot of time because of other plans and she was quick with everything. Quick refills on drinks and right on top of everything we needed including getting our check and change quickly. Only thing I don't like about the restaurant is it so incredibly loud. There's no acoustic or sound dampening a d you can barely hear the person next to you. Otherwise we had a great visit.

Refused service because of a medical condition today, no I don't want to get takeout. I was there to have lunch with a friend, not eat in my vehicle! Straight up discrimination that your newest COMPANY POLICY is to not serve people that cannot tolerate fabric over their face restricting their airflow. (there is no law to require a mask, and these "mandates" exclude those with medical conditions!)

Pizza is usually good. Unfortunately, it was last time, but the manager made it right.

Not as good as past experience's we have had there. But we will go back.

Flavors are great. I had grilled chicken with gouda,apple smoked bacon and some little green peppers that are really spicy on flat bread. My only issue was to much butter but that is just me.

Great service and food. It tends to be very busy on Friday and Saturday night.

We stop by here when we are driving by in town for several orders of pizza puffs. They are amazing

We love this restaurant! They have great happy hour food specials and we love their pizza! They also have great food deals like on Tuesdays 2 for 1 burritos! On your birthday, you get a extra large strawberry shortcake dessert and a coupon to come back in six months and get half off your meal with the purchase of another meal. The atmosphere is much like any sports bar but they also have a dining room which is quieter. Service is good and I recommend this restaurant.

My hubby and I shared the happy hour pizza, bruschetta, and ham sub. So delicious and filling. They have awesome homemade potato chips too. We plan on coming back tomorrow.

VERY NICE AND LOUD ATMOSPHERE. TVs all over playing all the games or bingo :) The hamburger and fries are delicious!!! Calamari was wonderful!!! Their lasagna not so much. I just felt like it was a small amount of actual pasta layers and just a bunch of melted mozzarella cheese on top. It was ok but not my favorite choice for lasagna. I honestly ate half of my husbands fries cuz they were soo good!

Always awesome. Even the beer tastes better here. Food is consistently great, always a safe choice for a great experience.

Great food. Good service. No complaints. Even with a packed parking lot, we were seated right away and service was speedy all around. The food was hot and fresh. Kids eat free on Wednesdays. (Grandville location)

This time it was a friend and I so we sat in the dining room area. Instead of the bar area. The bar area has a tendency to be really loud at this location in the past. It can be very hard to talk and understand each other. But if you're there for a game And you know what's going on with sports It's a good location. Me on the other hand I know nothing about sports. I don't really care if I'm able to watch them too much unless I'm flying solo and just belly up to the bar. Food was good. I don't think it was anything amazing that stands out but was very good temperature, drinks never ran out. Our waitress was very nice. And it may have been a deal where kids eat free. ? Have been to a location out in Caledonia several times for the lunchtime Buffet. And that I think is by far the best.

I have been dreaming about @Uccello s strawberry poppyseed chicken salad for weeks! Cannot wait for my next trip to Grandville to eat there again! Great service, huge bar & would be an awesome spot to watch any game - loads of TV s. P.s. not paid to write this, just a satisfied customer.
