A very nice place to work. Very friendly worl colleagues. Ubisoft is very careful with it's people. The atmospher is jolly, a lot of jokes and laughts.
The only downside is that we work for a big company and we get low salarys. In Romania we get like 340 Euros for start and in 5 years we can manage to make like 500 Euros per mounth

It is a very good location for organizing events.
I went to the "Punct" Church, which has its Sunday meetings at this headquarters (hall on the ground floor).
A blessed time with special people there!

Here for interview. For the moment everything seems ok but i don't get that exited at first meet. We will see in the future. Also many kids employed, sign that people come and go often or they don't give salary as demanded. If u do some research you will se the payment in other countries are much higher than romania. Too bad, and the work is the same if u come to think of it..

If you don't know how to get there, you won't get there. There is no sign or anything so you have to figure out where you are going. Otherwise, just another office building in Bucharest, nothing spectacular.

Very good workplace equipped with a gym, a relaxation oriented room, with ping-pong tables, TVs etc. Worked here for two years and enjoyed the most part of it. Downside is you only have one store in the vicinity although it offers a pretty robust range of products.

I worked as a web developer here. I worked before at other big companies and i thought that i will encounter the same level of technical professionalism and proactive attitude but i was wrong. They were asking for a lot, but give few in terms of support, domain knowledge or technical knowledge. My team lacked technical know-how and didn't seem too passionate about computer programming. They we're just doing their job but nothing more. Maybe i was just unlucky and landed in the wrong team. I quit after a few months and went back over borders where i joined a new team where people are really passionate about what they do.

Look, go work there, it's an experience, but don't stay too long.

If you end up working in the old building, I'm sorry for you. It's a converted parking lot with NO air flow, wonky stairs, bad ventilation/heating system, and stinky plumbing.

I can't recommend the place for a serious career, and the actual working conditions are a nuisance more often than not.
