I have committed crimes that include domestic terrorism and loitering at this place in the sequel to that one game that got a serious downgrade and overall it's alright I guess.

They make good games, in watch dogs 2 you can hack them. The crew was a good game but the handling was not very good. Overall 8/10

I pre-ordered the Watch Dogs 2 in July 2016, I was really excited for the release of it on the end of November. Suddenly in mid February 2017 when I wanted to continue playing, The game crashed on launch ... I have updated everything on my brand new Monster PC and still didn't worked ... I have been in communication with UBISOFT Support to fix the game but they're keep asking me to update my DriectX and GPU Drivers ... They keep sending me the same email with instructions to update and the game keeps crashing on launch. I asked for the refund and they claim since it's 45 days after purchase they don't do refunds. I waited 150 days for the game to release!!!! Nobody answers!!

get woke, go broke. Ubisoft has gone all in with Social Justice. they will no longer hire based on merit and now place all emphasis on hiring minorities, women, and male-women. So long, Ubisoft

I can't wait for watch dogs and I really want to get a job at Ubisoft.

When I call the number, they dont awnser their number and I have a serious problem and it's a problem that needs to be fixed, I lagged out of a ranked match and I couldnt reconnect to the game, bringing me down to bronze one, if you can please contact me via email to fix this problem

they do make good games they just need to stop downgrading there games

Ubisoft will never read this but they have ruined The Division with their crappy updates and make the game not fun by nerfing hard to find weapons and making MPC's stronger. OK, lets dump 2-3 clips into the back of a MPC and it turns around one hit kills you with 500K plus toughness,,,,,,YEAH THATS REALISTIC. Soon back to playing Battlefield!!! and NOT SUPPORTING UBISOFT ANY MORE, TISK TISK! PS: repeat issues you have with Live and connection drops (NOT OUR END) the repeat customer service calls with NO CALL BACK, you show you do not care about the customer.....

Worst company for any kind of customer support! Been at it for 6 days now and still haven't gotten any support, my chat thread keeps growing, support keeps requesting more things before even getting to the support part. To the point that I got a refund from Microsoft on the 4 games I just purchased digitally for games I already own on the ps4 but wanted to game on my Xbox One as I prefer to game there. Even told support that I don't care about the game anymore or the dlc and that I just want a supervisor to speak with about the service... instead they keep copy pasting the same answers while once in a while asking for something else... if you are in the same boat call the head office in Montreal and San Francisco and ask to speak to a customer experience Manager and let them know about your bad interaction... while they may not be able to support your issue at hand they need to know what lead you to be one of the few that will waste your dime to call them about a horrible issue...

Very bad costumer support for their store online. And they do not follow their own terms of sale. Needed to cancel a pre-purchase and my request is being denied. Even thought, their terms of sales claims that in " the event you pre-purchased a Ubisoft Product (and provided you were actually charged for such Ubisoft Product), you will be entitled to cancel your pre-purchase and request for a refund at any time before the release of such Ubisoft Product" they would only allow me to do that if I buy another product.

I grew up playing the AC, my dream is to get a job and work at Ubisoft. Hope they need a 14 year old maneger haha.

Since i play that game so much , i love that company even i use trainer ( cheat ) . That company not just created that game , they even created assasin creed , rainbow six siege , and many more .

I deleted deleted my original review after receiving the product I ordered. The company is great and the main headquarters are nice people and very understanding and helped me in my order. However, the online service and help via technical support needs to be a actual person. Due to hurricane that made landfall on that side of the country I don't hold a lot against against them for which is completely out of any person control. The immediate techsupport via Internet needs to be a real person that your able to connect with and speak too like the main office. The company has been making games and outstanding games since sNES which I been playing their games for over 25 years congrats Ubisoft

We were pleased to meet Javier, who received us very kindly and although he told us that there are no visits to the facilities, we were able to at least talk and take a picture with him and at the reception of the offices. If you really are a UBISOFT FAN, you cannot miss spending a few minutes, taking a picture at the reception and talking with the person who is there, I am sure they will love to share a few minutes with you.

The company literally says in their description "This office does not provide customer support. For customer service, go to Ubisoft's official website" why is everyone bit*hing about this when the devil is in the details?

They've managed to dumb down PC gaming to the point where my SLI rig was downright looking like a console system.

I will never purchase any game from this company again and have managed to get a refund on my last purchase.

Pure garbage. Tried to cancel my UPLAY+ subscription but THERE WAS NO WAY TO DO IT. All the help links on their website were broken, or bugged. I spent 30 minutes googling it and trying everything and every single time It went to a uplay subscriptions page or something, it would error out and then send me to the french version of their website. I tried from in the launcher, from the website, from google. Every time I found "how to cancel it" the link it would point to was either broken or bugged. I finally had to contact my bank and file a report. SO DISGUSTING. Ill never touch an ubisoft product EVERY AGAIN, I hope they go out of business ASAP. THE WORST!!!!!!! YOU SHOUDL BE ASHAMED

Will never buy an Ubisoft game again. They really screwed the pooch with South Park for Nintendo Switch and they haven't even fixed it. Sad that they release untested unpolished games.

I tried to receive customer service for the first time ever from this company while purchasing and supporting the products they provide for the last 20 years, the format I used to ask for help was Twitter not only did they ignore my requests my twitter account was also subsequently banned as if I had offfended THEM.... Never Ever Expect anything less from this company. I m still waiting for help

Everyone here is friendly and when I have a meeting here they are always nice. The art on the walls really cool and shows all the games.

Been a long time customer with these guys for over four years. Recently my emails and uplay account were compromised... and the culprit logged in to my R6S account and had decided to use cheats. Upon discovery of my ban I followed up with support and they told me someone in Canada had logged into my account.

Granted that they know this and that my account has never been logged in from anywhere else except California and I've never cheated or displayed bad behaviour... they don't think this is fishy and decided to not remove the ban and allow me a grace as a thank you for being a customer for so long out of good faith and reason that they think I'm not a hacker or a racist/homophobe. I bring up the last part because the person who hacked my account also got me banned for bad behaviour.

Anyways, Ubisoft denies having said the person who logged into my account is from Canada and instead they pinned it on me.

Never again will I buy a game from this company, I've been forthcoming and a diplomat about my appeal and never once acted poorly.

But since they refuse to communicate with me on a level where they won't give me any closure or respect as a long time customer, I can guarantee that my time is going to be devoted to the defamation and exposing of this company for what it is.

Fraudulent, cowardly, and no more a cash grabber than a pay2win even though their games as far as I know aren't pay2win. They just have that money grubbing attitude and I would have been glad to pay them more money than I have if they would of shown me some respect instead of being rats.

Thanks ubisoft, might as well be Microsoft, go ahead and sellout harder than you are already. Despicable.

I've never had such a love-hate relationship with a company.

Called Ubisoft, they said I quote "I don't know anything about games." A game company that doesn't know anything about games, This might explain why everything they do is garbage.

I do not like this post because It doesn't help my game from crashing every time I start it up. I sent about 50 crash reports by now, if a Ubisoft employee sees this email me please.

Looked online for your phone number to call ubasoft I call I get an answering machine I call again on another number and it's a computer talking to me where's the support needed help with phone Destroyer every time I pull a character out this 200 bar comes up on the screen and I can't use my character your support sucks and I will never buy one of your games again also half of the reviews on here people who work there not people who play the games you guys are just money-hungry f*** tards

As a fan of their work including their partial work on South Park: The Stick of Truth and Rocksmith I expected them to respect the fans and customers who made them what they are. I emailed them in regards to South Park the Fractured But Whole being delayed and they never ever responded. I even called the number up above and still nothing. I thought the least they owed us was some sort of update on the game, maybe even some new gameplay but no. Instead they released a 1 minute trailer on the day the game was supposed to come out, as well as leaving a vague release date on their website. Disappointed...

Customer service sucks so far. No phone service. No chat service for my issue. Email follow up is supposed to be within 24 hours and yet I have received no response for 92 hours other than the automated receipt verificaton of my complaint.

You guys at ubisoft are the best.love all your games
