Banning system is terrible
I’m deeply frustrated with Ubisoft after they banned my Rainbow Six Siege account for cheating, even though I never cheated. I’ve spent a significant amount of money on in-game content, and now I’ve lost access to everything with no explanation or evidence. I’ve reached out to support multiple times, but the responses have been vague and unhelpful. This wrongful ban has not only ruined my gaming experience but has also cost me financially. Ubisoft’s lack of transparency and poor customer service is unacceptable. I will not be supporting them any longer.
