Excellent service! We have used Mad City Techs twice now for business. They are extremely helpful and go above and beyond with service. They charge a reasonable rate and offer options to meet all needs. They are willing to work with you to find the best fit for product and service.

I've done business with Mad City Techs several times. They have always been prompt, courteous, and answered all my questions. As far as charges go, they are very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

After 18 days (I was told it would take 3-4 days), I got my computer back for 5X the amount I was told it would cost. If something had come up or more repairs were needed then originally believed I would understand the difference in expectation and result.The repairs were exactly what I told them was wrong with it, and I attempted to remove any obstacles to get many computer back quickly (I passed on them ordering a case). Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed in this business. Very friendly though... they smiled a lot as they ucked me.

These guys were actually referred to me by a shop that was closing down, nearby. Bought a used ToughBook off CL for my work, these guys stripped it down and did the fresh installs. I needed a used SATA DVD R/W. Ken took one from a dead pc and had it ready within 30 minutes, on a Saturday, for $10. Amazing service. I reccomend them to everyone.
