A nice multi-storied mall in the heart of San Francisco, with a variety of stores. Many are expensive, as is parking. However, it is near BART (the rail system serving much of the peninsula, San Francisco, & East Bay).

I had originally put 3 Stars for this location but since they responded to my rating they just 1-Up their game. That was totally unexpected. This Mall has high professional security which I appreciate since the city feels pretty unsafe and sketchy. The security is always fast to act since I've seen my share of crazy things happen at this mall. When you actually get to venture through the actual mall (staying away from the food court ground level area) this mall is actually beautiful. The higher you go the more beautiful it is. The chandeliers are breath taking and the symmetry design is something else. Give it a shot! Just beware of the lower level locations.

I am not a big fan of shopping centers but sometimes it helps to have many stores under the same roof, it is a quicker operation if you need to go to some of the stores. The place is quite nice and clean, a breeze compared to downtown generally.

First of all. Getting to this mall is a pain. Finding parking is a headache. But it's all worth it once you finally arrive.
This mall is huge. If you love going to malls and shopping like I do you will love this mall. If you're not a fan of malls then you'll have the same reaction as my boyfriend..he was grossed out about how big the place is Haha.
They have everything you could think of. And its such a pretty mall lol
Why cant this mall be closer to me so that I can come more often.

It's a shopping center--a big one with fancier than your average bear stuff. Beautiful glass dome. Shoes. Stuff that is good to look at. Outside the mall you will meet many of the people who will never be able to shop here and wonder why we can build palaces and not take care of people. An ongoing metaphor for the world.

Huge mall with tons of shops. The circular escalators are interesting but quite slow. You'll find a number of homeless around the entrances/exits at all times, and it will get very crowded on weekends, but it IS San Francisco, so that's all to be expected. A great place to shop or hang out most days.

Very expansive mall. Great food selections. The top level facilities like Nordstrom and the Movie Theater can be a little more difficult to access. Westfield is built internal a little like a two tower castle. Thus some elevators only go up 2-3 floors and others go to penthouse level but represent a different set of stores.

If you are into shopping, many consider this one of the bay areas meccas!! Some nice dining options downstairs in the food court. Movie theaters, and even a full service drinking and dining venue inside Nordstrom.

Nice!!!

You can find stores of recognized brands such as Zara, H&M, Michael Kors, etc. The awesome thing is the Dome that the mall has. You definitely have to visit it. You can admire it from the 4th floor.

Lots of shops, clearly laid out, good selection, variety. There are no opportunities for a coffee break, only a stand on the ground floor. You have to bring time to look, as the department store is very large.

Food court on the lower floor is buzzing with a variety of choices for a meal or snack .the other floors beckon with more upscale clothing and accessories as well as some more upscale dining .

Worst foot traffic management ever. Traffic from the entrance on Market is squeezed into a small obstacle course near the top of the escalators down into the food court. They've also made the highest traffic path in the food court so only two people can pass at a time.

I'm not usually a fan of malls but this mall was large, with a ton of stores to explore and look into and as a building quite beautiful.
There is a food court at the bottom level and contains both a Bloomingdales and Nordstroms within the center along with a wide range of clothing/food/treats/etc for shoppers.
Easy and close access to transit and all as well, central location

Overall, it's been a while since I been out the house. Then when I do come out the house, it was my first time in this building and it felt great to see these things and enjoy having my personal time and space!

Nice mall downtown with a good selection of stores. Parking garage located right across the street, which can get pricey depending on when/how long you park. Mall itself can get really crowded. Good selection in the food court downstairs.

I do not usually rate shopping malls, but this one is worth visiting just for the architecture. Other than that, it has some nice stores, but you can find most of those at any large mall.

Very nice mall in the middle of the city.

Very nice mall in the middle of the city.
The curved escalators are very worth seeing.
The majority is fashion. At the bottom there's a food mile with good offer.
What is completely missing is e.g. an electronics store.

Otherwise very good offer. Everywhere nice and helpful staff.
Interesting architecture.
Invites to stroll.
