I took my family to Westfield mall for the first time. My mom is not from San Francisco. They Loved the decorations and variety. There is a movie theater at the top of the mall and may many stores inside. There is something for everyone.

Everything you would expect from the premier downtown mall in San Francisco. From being literally connected to the BART Powell station in the basement to the beautiful view from under the dome on the top floor, this mall has it all.

Clean and with a good guide for store locations etc. Centrally located within downtown.

There are free phone charing kiosks on different floors.

A nice mall with a wide variety of shops and inter sting restaurants.

Shopping center with high-level brands. The Microsoft store is a surprise.

The best stores and food court in the heart of Market St.

You will find kindness and various things. Jomalon perfume is especially Spanish granny-chan

Nothing outstanding about this Mall. Doesn't hold a candle to its namesake in London, UK. We saw a large group of youths run through the food court like a group of hunted animals. Stafford impression that the youths had probably stolen something from a shop and that this regularly happens. About 10 police officers showed up and patrolled the food court area shortly afterwards. We moved to adorned table when we saw anothersmaller group if youths walking around tables. I feared they were about to snatch speeds bags or phone. Not a mall I would choose tonight again due to these security issues.

It has a nice food court and its location is very convenient.

Has required amount of shops, for clothes and has Microsoft store for games. Ample big, well placed, Nordstrom has the major share at the top and with Zara opening in winter 2018.

Good mall to spend hours looking around. The bathrooms are hit and miss. Good variety of types of stores. Easy parking in the 5th and Mission garage directly behind.

The entrances are very unassuming. I honestly didn't realize it was here until my 5th or 6th visit to the city.

Humongous yet friendly, great history about the dome.

Plenty of space for seating on the 2nd and third floors. Wonderful natural light coming in from the glass ceiling. A beautiful rooftop area that you can access from the third floor which is suprsingly peaceful and comfortable.

large selection of stores in the upper floors and a good basement floor with food spots that connect directly to powell bart station. the cream puffs at beard papa are always A+. Lots of seating downstairs, and there's a bathroom. Bloomingdale's also has a bathroom on every floor.

Great big brand stores. Easy access and ample spaces. I missed the Bed, Bath and Beyond, but overall worth the visit.

My go to place for window shopping and it has a great food court all in one spot how can you go wrong . Also Ladies If you looking for perfume they have every sent you can think of over on their Nordstrom side

Great place to escape from the wind of San Francisco. Mostly has the more expensive stores though. The food court in the basement is decent though

Ok, it s centrally and conveniently located near a popular tourist location at Market and Powell Streets Downtown ($$-$$$$) where there s BART access, and the San Francisco Cable Car.
If you re looking for a multi-level shopping mall in San Francisco with the big anchor stores like Nordstrom s or specialty shops like Godiva chocolates, then this is it. This Mall also has the innovative Circular escalator . Otherwise, there s Union Square ($$$-$$$$) only walking distance up the hill (With validated parking), or Embarcadero Center (Each multi Floor building has specialty shops and validated underground parking), or you ll have to go just out of the City to locations such as Hwy 1/Lombard Street ($-$$$$).

I always enjoy going there. Great shopping and much adventure.

Alot of different stores, they are kinda expensive. Unless you find the ones that usually have good deals. The food can also be alittle expensive for the quantity that the restraunts give compared to other food courts

During my lunch hour visit; panhandling that takes place in food court area is unpleasant. Security is never around or seen walking about. Too many teens losely run the mall during school hours, and are noisy and annoying. Hard to enjoy your meal. But as always...no security around to round up the truant teens.

At night !!! Really nice !!however there was rats like five rats just wondering around there like welcoming the visitors

You could repurpose this place as an aircraft hangar and still have room left over. Can't beat the proximity to the BART.

This place is best for eating, there aren't a lot of well known stores in it. I like that they have a Walgreens!

Complete to buy known brands. No bargains or bargains. Only sales at the time. Clean and varied

The only indoor mall in downtown San Francisco. It has several restaurants to choose from in a food court layout at the lower level, and more upscale restaurants at the topmost level. It also has Nordstrom, Bloomingdale's, and several movies playing at the Century Theatres.

There is something for everyone in this mall and "mallrats" will be happy going through each and every one of the five floors of this building.

Love shopping here...conveniently located with Bart and Muni access. Excellent food court

Mall has tons of stores and the food court is actually pretty good for a mall. At least in comparison to other malls I've been to in recent years. Highly recommend MY China on the upper level too.

A lot of shops , and some nice place to eat ; you will find all the major brand there .
