If you ever wanted to go shopping and find something decent then this place is sort of like your one stop shopping joint. If there is a brand missing, then it usually can be found just a few blocks away. Please do not compare this place to an outlet as they are two different things. With that in mind, you need money and probably good amount of it if you aren't the bargain type. Deals can be had but most people do not seem to mind blowing their money away.

The food court is kind of fun sometimes, but I always feel bad for people that shop at Bloomingdales.

Vas a nice variety of clothing shops. The food court is okay but it doesn't looks clean at all.

Good selection of shops, go there if you are only in town for a few days and want to do some quick shopping. There are many clothing stores also outside the mall along Market.

Fun times, good eats, buys and BART friendly! I'm all over it!

Meeting a lot of awesome people and making a lot of new friends great place to stay and go out.

Nice mall, good selection, a little "arcade" with skeeball and a few other games. Food court was small, ended up eating elsewhere.

Very nice shopping center in downtown SF, near mass transit so parking not an issue

Lack of exterior signage to get in and interior signage to get directions. Lack of numbers on the shops. Very expensive shops.

How can you even search for more than four stars in the mall? I mean it was very well kept and the stores were quite good but I mean it's a mall. The escalators are really fun but I'm not a really big fan of heights. I suggest using the elevator if you don't like heights. It kind of seems like you're just hanging there sometimes.

Relaxed shopping atmosphere with selected stores. You never get lost in the shopping center and are presented with well selected stores. The food court area in the basement is great for a quick lunch and offers several Asian/American cuisines.

A very complete shopping center and the gastronomic offer I love.

Westfield is sometimes fun. Though it gets boring after you've been there almost everyday after school

Typical mall in a large city but relatively clean. Can easily make a wrong turn into subway stations and that's a whole different story.

Very good shopping mall. Ranges from ultra chic products to affordable ones. The upside down Christmas tree was fabulous.

A Westfield Mall right in the heart of SF!

Visited this Westfield a couple of times to do some shopping while on my trip to the bay area. There's a great selection of stores and a beautiful 4th/5th floor that opens up to a massive dome-open-space area that has a seating area, restaurants, and escalator connection to the Century movie theaters.

Great mall. Great stores. Great location. Will always visit for my shopping needs when in the area.

A plaza seven stories high, impressive, with all kinds of stores and discounts.

Great shopping spot in downtown SF, bottom 3 floors various fancy shops, upper 4 are all Nordstrom, great food court downstairs and more full restaurants upstairs, many options there, once in a while homeless guys walk into the mall but there is security at all entrances to turn them around, they often get inside to try to use the restrooms.

Very elegant shopping center. To visit for quality non-tourist shopping.

its a mall. thanks to the high rent, there's a lot of shop turnover, so you never really know what's going to stay or go. not very reliable when that happens.

The shopping experience I had from this supermarket was truly amazing. I was really impressed with the people working there because they are truly masterful and helpful to all of my requests. Also, the products that I needed was complete and of high quality. Indeed, the best spot to do your grocery needs! Strongly recommended!

Good shopping mall with food court, centrally located, affordable prices.

Great beautiful shopping mall especially during the holidays.

Large shopping center over several floors. Shops in the upper price segment but also various sports brands and shops are represented. There is also a food court on the bottom floor.

Great place for congregating. No matter how crowded, they can always accommodate more. Check out the food court on the lower level; pricey but good food. Also check out Bristol Farms store, with hot and cold food bars, higher-end groceries, including artisan cheeses, wine, fish, and neat products that you may not see elsewhere. Shopping on the upper levels, including a Microsoft trading center, theaters on the top level, and a big surprise, a thru-way to yet another mall. The older side is famous for it's circular escalators.

Best thing about it is Cinemark and Bloomingdale's. The rest is fairly terrible.

Great place to shop, eat, relax; really enjoy the concourse at lunch; tho it currently lacks an affordable fast food burger venue, one can usually find suitable alternatives.

Nice shopping center with shops of all categories. Convenient the fact that the lower part is dedicated entirely to food. Great for shopping.

The usual great range of shops (for a Westfield), but the centre has something amazing: curved escalators!

I would prefer to shop at Nordstrom in the Sacramento area.

Shopping center in the city center.
You find everything and also an organic supermarket with fresh products from around the world.

Many stores of different brands, food court and in the heart of the city!

Food court: Great food selections and variety at reasonable prices. Can be crowded, creating a lack of tables and chairs if you want to eat here.

Not a bad mall, high end construction. If you don't mind the homeless hovering over you while you eat and the crazies being ...well....crazies all around you. Severely lacking in suitable garbage cans in the food court. Have to walk 5 minutes to find one.

Storewise this mall has it all. It's unfortunate that the food court doesn't have anything anymore. The large farm grocery store has closed shop and it was by far the best place to grab hot table foods. Well it's gone so no more eating at the mall.

Not the cheapest mall but definitely grand. Did i mention this place has curved escalators??? It has many shops, from Ghirardelli to Swavroski. Nice to browse or shop.

Go that place mainly for their food court. So comforting.

Still a big and beautiful mall but we hadn't been here in years and it's feeling very dated to me. Lots of shops and plenty clean so no complaints there. It felt strange walking around though since it's been probably 20 years since I remember indoor malls like that being the place to visit or hang out. I did really appreciate that the lowest levels had doors and connections to the tunnels and underground transit.

Great shopping center the downside is that I the area there is a homeless people...so just be careful walking around there ..it could smell bad but once you are inside it's great!

Shopping center with good brand stores (Adidas, Finish Line, Microsoft, Foot Locker ...) a small and poorly organized food court in the basement. The Mall has direct access to the subway and Bart system (Powell Street station).

Clean mall with a food hall like lower level. The Nordstrom is worth seeing just for its multi level and curved escalators.

YUCK!!! Nothing but overpriced clothes and cell phone stores all geared towards kids (millennials) and a few stores selling jewellery to rich people. If you're over 30 years old, actually work hard for your money and know not waste it by paying way too much for things, there's no reason whatsoever to shop here. The "co-ed" bathrooms are another turn off. (men's and women's are connected by the sink area - so a man can just walk over to the women's side at any time). Maybe a hip, cool, trendy, 20 year old "progressive" female has no issues sharing a public bathroom with a man but my 50 year old wife was kinda creeped out when a strange man just came up next to her and started washing his hands. The place has like 7 floors yet there are no books, no art, and no music for sale anywhere. This place has nothing you actually "NEED". It's all just overpriced, consumer fluff. There's nothing for sale here that you can't find online for half the price.

Very lovely mall next to Powell st Bart station in SF. Food court actually has decent restaurants. And there is a Neighborhood Walgreens next to Bart where you can buy your necessities pretty cheap if you just want a drink and a snack.

The building and shops themselves are awesome, but, this place would be alot nicer if almost everybody here wasn't so damn snobbish!

You could spend days here... lots and lots of options.

Beautiful shopping centre, clean, well maintained, good place to shop and eat. The food court was a bit crowded. One minus point was, there were some homeless people wandered around the food court, ate and drank things from the rubbish bins ... which made me feel a bit uncomfortable.

Many food,many shopping, many spending. Beautiful, crowded and noisy place. Best choice for holidays, teenager and toddler with many new things. More relaxing, give up stress, melting into the crowd,beauty and things.

This is the largest homeless shelter in San Francisco. What a dump.
