This mall is ever changing. The gray old staples are still holding it together though. ..Bloomingdale's, Nordstrom and A&E. Love it and is connected to the BART. Way cool

Not enough stores compared to other Westfields in other cities

Rich people tourist mall. Food court has cheesesteaks at least.

I am rating this mall 4 star because it not only has a lot of stores, but it feels comfortable enough to be there.

There are two department stores and quite a few tenants.

Just overall, this place was great, it can be kind of intimidating to see some of the workers in suits, but everyone of the staff I talked to were friendly and helpful. More laid back than the usual high strung people I usually meet

We're not really mall people, but the good movie theatre, nice restaurants, great family room for baby, and direct connection to the BART won us over.

I can't stand malls...This one is pretty nice, though. For all the ladies out there,The Bloomingdale's junior department has some fantastic bargains! The prices are incredibly low and the quality is pretty good.

Nice feed store with a wide variety of items available. The staff was friendly and very helpful. If you need supplies for animals they can help.

Beautiful mall with some excellent shopping choices and being next to BART is a real plus.

Typical upscale us mall. Lots of cool shops in a smart comfortable setting.

Higher end stores offers most anything you could need from drug stores to ballgowns.

Wide selection of high end stores, but the food court definitely needs a facelift.

Mall in downtown. The kids go here periodically. Enough said

Westfield is a great place to shop - clean and nice.

A dazzling, glitzy merry-go-round with two towers of multi-level retail diverse dining in the royal food court, and full service restaurants. A healthy course of treatment for those needing high intensity consumer therapy. Clean, well polished, and endless distractions in what is known as a "tourist mall" which takes it a level beyond the usual similar people trap. Good for exploring and a spending spree, and plenty of caffeine to fuel your journey.

Good mall with most everything you would need a mall for - including parking.

My family and I went to the shopping mall and bought some groceries. Suddenly, I meet my old friend, and they really enjoy their shopping. I really like the mall because it has a good ambiance, a very neat and clean place. When you need a stress free, go to this mall and enjoy it. Awesome place and a happy place to go.

Although it can get a bit crowded here, I always found what I need whenever I go here. They keep this place clean and the stores are in convenient places.

Don't really go to malls... but was here to meet a friend for lunch at food court. What can I say: it's a food court. You get food court quality food.

Huge shopping centre but can be confusing to navigate at times

It has so many shops and great places to snack and done at making it wonderful.

Love a good Westfield and this one continues to get better. Except for the removal of Bristol farms. It should just have been condensed and better advertised. Now the only grocery is target. Event facilities are superb.

Shopping mall. Famous brand stores and general stores are enriched. There is also a local sports team merchandise store so it's a great souvenir. The underground food court is reasonably priced.

Definitely one of the better malls. Clean and has lots of good food.

An amazing mall. Simply everything and anything under the sun is available here. Humongous and varied shops - for shopping and eating or for just simply window-shopping. All facilities for the disabled are available. Macy's, Nordstrom, Bloomingdale's, etc are here, as well as a fabulous food court.

Do you like malls? Are you a mall rat? I remember mall rats back in the 80's. So this place boasts 9 stories! From the outside it does not look like this is possible, but when you get inside its dizzyingly large. It had so many stores probably 200 or maybe more. Its very clean and when I was there it was not crowded at all. They have large domed areas letting light in and there were cascades of balloons suspended in the air. It has a large Multiplex Century Theater inside which was the main reason I was there. Amazing place.

Love it, it has everything and got to love the layout.

Has a lot of shops, accessible to Bart and Muni, and free WiFi!

Lots of brand name stores and varieties food down in the food court. A bit pricy, but hey this is City living.

It's really amazing place to shop specially cloths and garments. There was a great variety of cloths and that also at reasonable price. There are many others shops as well such as Walmart. One need private vehicle to drive there.

Westfield San Francisco is a great up Market shopping mall in the heart of San Francisco.

It's a mall. In downtown San Francisco. For when the streets are too mean.

What can I say but it's a Grand spectacle in all aspects. From the shops that I have visited to the movie theatre, the customer service is top notch.

Great shopping.. although this would be 5 star if they removed the smelly, homeless, drug addicts from the outside of the doors.. watch your wallets and purses..

A very interesting shopping center. Not exciting in terms of price, but the architecture is definitely worth a visit. Be sure to look at the large dome!

your typical mall...well maybe a bit more high-end with stores like Bloomingdales. It has a movie theater, restaurants, food court, escalators, etc. all in the heart of SF

This mall is large and great to walk around if you need somewhere to get away to for a bit. The best times to go? Not Summer! Westfield Centre tends to get a bit crowded on the concourse level(a.k.a food level) during the summer months. But all the other levels make up for it with great shops and plenty of stuff to do.

This mall is beautiful, especially during the holidays!
