Great mall in SF. Good boutiques, food, all in all one of the best shopping place around Moscone/Market Street

You can get lost in there.Theres a store for every mood.

SOOOOO many food places and different levels I have yet to explore!!! Lots of places to shop and nice bathrooms.

Mediocre experience. Not a great selection of stores.

Very bad past experience at this mall while in San Francisco. All I will say is the mall manager and associated staff should be fired and rehired. I won't go into further detail besides I was made to feel very out of place while visiting this mall. I do have a southern accent, and for this reason I was treated very disrespectfully. I was told to go back to the farm and laughed at. Discrimination is everywhere, and it doesn't always have to do with race, religion, or gender. Very ignorant on your behalf westfield... I will make sure to let all the "farmers" know their not welcomed.

It has curved escalators and many awesome stores right downtown

I love this mall. It's very small but very nice place in the city. Good places to eat. A few nice stores to shop.

It's gangsta. No it's very nice big place. Good for quick shopping trips and tons of places to shop

I always come here to shop since most of my gavorite stores are here or at least nearby. It is so nice and well lit inside. The concierge and security guards are also very polite.

Very close to all the main attractions in SF.
I just went to get a cable from Bose and I was surprised to see so many shops in one place.

Lots of shops at this mall. Variety of ethnic food. There's a frozen yogurt shop as well as Ghirardelli chocolate & Ice Cream shop.

If you love shopping, you need to start here in San Francisco first. You wet your appetite in the mall first.

It's a giant mall, you probably know if that's your jam, but being in San Francisco it has a few random oddities, such as a Razer store, why?

They have changed it alot. Goes on forever. Lots of restaurants and shops.

Westfield is very convenient to my job and home. Shopping and going to the movies is very pleasant.

Not that clean overall ...seems like every store has security ppl giving you looks when entering their store. Limited selections even at designer stores ...seen better food courts at airports ...

A pretty basic mall with horrible security members just harassing everyone that they can.

Food Court is great. Loud, uncomfortable, and no ambiance privacy.

Is a good and the biggest mall in sf but there are closing most of the stores and food restaurants. Are they planning to bring new stuff or what? Otherwise is a clean place and easy to find stores

I guess it was great I dropped my granddaughter and my great-niece there to shop I'm in less than two hours they had spent pretty much all of my money there's a lot of stores in there and they had a good time they found everything that they wanted from all the different stores they want to hit and miss and they went to some shoe store but like I said they have a lot of different things there they ate they had Jamba Juices so they said they would go back

Very big shopping centre, sure you can find desirable stuff there.

Okay size mall. Busy on food courts. There's are few weridos luring in the bathrooms.

This is a great mall in San Francisco! Plenty of stores and a great food court!

Fairly large centre with Bloomingdale's, Nordstrom, Microsoft and many many more. Has a food court as well a cafe in Bloomingdale's and good restaurants under the dome.

Interesting to shop here, you have everything. The best cinemas with recliners, like at home!

Nordstorm , The Adidas Store and the movies all in one place.

Very nice mall in the center of San Francisco, but watch out for questionable personalities.

Wonderful Mall plenty of places to go in shop including the mall itself and the surrounding areas you can't go wrong at Westfield you will find everything you need within the surrounding area if you want to shop good in San Francisco this is the place to start.

Great shopping centre with plenty of shops to chose from from middle to high end pricing. Huge Nordstrom and Bloomingdales if you like those.

Love this mall i can spend all day here great shopping dining and more.

It has everything I need, especially Microsoft store!!

I like this mall, its really big and has a lot of floors full of good businesses. But it sometimes can be too crowded. It has a lot of Asians hanging around there.. And with the covid-19 pandemic going on, Asians can't be completely trusted.."sneaky sneaky soy sauce!" But still like this mall I just give a chinaman plenty of space so I don't catch the Commie flu.

I loved this place! Beautiful, clean, great store selection.

Getting up and down... is impossible. Good marketing making all the escalators go in circles so you have to see every store, but is very tiresome when you are just trying to leave.

Awesome place to be in San Francisco for a great shopping experience and salivating lunch. I enjoyed Chinese Chairman chicken cuisine for a lunch.

Great shopping center, good for a very hot day or day with bad weather. You can get many hours to go shopping and dining.

I love the food court more than the retail stores. It is not a place to look for good bargain. They do have good selections

Its really nice a lot of good stores but there's. Not much to do as a guy or at least what i saw from my first time there but i would definitely go again i liked the hollister store they had some cool clothes the other stores where mostly stores. For women sportswear and for suits and stuff like that

First time I ever went here I watched a woman get maced. 10/10 would recommend. Great stores lots of different places to go for different interests. Great food court.
