Clean, well spaced, great selection, could use more seating.
Clean, well spaced, great selection, could use more seating.
Comfortable spot with plenty around you to do or look at
Very vibrant and fun doing center, I like the Amazon store!
Free wifi in the mall, restaurant, food center and luxury boutiques and a Departmental store. What's not to love ?
Return some shoes I bought over a month in a half ago.
Good food court in the basement, but not always as clean as it could be.
Huge mall, good mix of mid range and high end shops. Lots of food options
So many floors of shops and restaurants in on area, you will be lucky to see it all in one day. Be sure to walk down the long hallway to see the other end of the shopping center. For years I never knew there was a whole other side to the shopping center as I thought it was mainly centered on one side.
I loved it. I actually got lost and asked one of the security guards and a SFPD officer to find my way around the mall and they were both kind and used a friendly tone to help me find my way around the mall. So I am thankful.
Great mall with higher end shopping as well as affordable staples.
Awesome Place. Crowdy, but verly lively. Beware of downtown parking. But if you find a parking spot, the store is just awesome. Loved the food. With out doubt, best mall I have ever been on west-coast.
This is a pretty complete mall if a bit "high end."
Located in market Street. Parking can be very difficult. But a decent place to shop.
It's a great big mall right in the heart of downtown SF. Park across the street in the big parking garage and remember to take your ticket with you. You pay on the ground floor before you return to your car. There are no kiosks on the individual doors
Great mall in the downtown to SF, convenient access from the Powell BART station. Tons of great shops and a food court on the lower level.
Good stores. It is not an outlet. Downtown San Francisco
Restroom was clean and a partition had been placed between the men's restroom area and the women's area.
No hot water to wash your hands.
I got good paella at a Mexican Restaurant, to go, of course.
The escalators on the Nordstrom side will make you want to rip your hair out. Be careful walking by Aunt Annie's. Try out vr at the Microsoft store. It's a trip.
An impressive shopping center in which a visitor is offered everything. From bag for the wife or good food and in the food level, just everything. In this mall, the visitor can spend a full day with friends and family.
Nordstroms and Bloomingdales, movie theater, restaurants, grocery store -- just about all you could ask for in an urban mall.
Lots of shops, great place for restaurants and a movie
A fairly small mall but filled with top name fashion brands. There's a small food court on the lower ground floor and enjoy the curve escalators; folks take for granted but they are not common and not cheap as well! Fairly pleasant shopping experience
There are alot of levels and floors here and I like how the public transit station directly connects to it at the basement. However, I think there should be more bathrooms here. I had to walk 7 minutes to get to one and it was pretty crowded and dirty.
It is a mall more like many of those that exist in the US, nothing to highlight above other things, what I did not like about it was the organization of its stores, they are like two species of columns linked by a corridor and this is 5 floors, so to go around everything you have to go from one side to another many times.
Great mall to see a movie, have dinner, shop and just hang out. Connect to the MUNI and BART via the sub-level walkway. I'd say this is one of the classiest malls I have ever seen. The inside of the dome is beautiful when they put up the projections of giant snowflakes during the holidays.
Great location I'm the heart of Union square. Curved escalators, close to muni, Bart station, Microsoft store has numerous xbox one set ups with seating for my fellow gamers in the area
Great place in San Francisco. But very smelly and sticky on road before entering
Excellent place, it's not cheap, but there are the best brands
When you hear this mall has 6 levels and a food emporium your super stoked, but upon going in there it's a Bloomingdales, a few other national shops and boutiques galore. Bath shops left and right and nothing that really draws people into the mall. A lot of dead space and not 6 levels of shop and shop after shop. In San Francisco there are plenty of places to get whatever you want and nothing spectacular that draws you in here except the centrality of it all. Union Square is where most people shop, whereas in Westfield people hang out. I got some good deals at the Borders as they are going out of business, or at least closing that location. The parking structure is across the street and has some odd enterance/exit locations. Pricey, but so is parking in the city in general. 15 minutes to leave once you pay $3.50/hour. If it wasn't for the local food shops in the emporium it's just a mall.
I really love it hear. It almost feels like NY but with a lot less people.
Lots of shops. From the mid too high end. Great food choices and everything for the family
Art deco stairs were greatly renovated and there is everything you could imagine to shop available here
Always an interesting place for shopping and wuick eating.
Clean and well maintained. Not too crowded and easily accessible by public transportation.
Great selection of stores. The food court includes a variety of cultural foods that should appeal to all appetites. The mall is clean and maintained well, and security regularly patrols the floors. The theater is among the best in downtown.
As malls go, the Westfield Centre has it all including the Century movie theatre .
Walked down Market so many times, and never even realized this place existed! Awesome mall experience with multiple levels. Bring your credit cards...
Great shopping and awesome selection, be prepared to walk!
Huge shopping center located on market street. Great food court selection and store options.
A shopping center of excellence. The best shops and an excellent food court! The city of San Francisco is beautiful!
Good place to stay right in the centre of San Francisco
Pretty typical mall but with a unique food court on the bottom level (a bit of a poor man's Ferry Building).
Nice big mall in the center of San Francisco. Very nice staff. Large foodcourt in the sub area. Very tasty Frozen Yougurt at Yopi Yogurt on the 2nd floor.
An every evolving shopping center with a plethora of overpriced stores in our overpriced city. The food court is okay.
The food court is fantastic, although right now we can't go to a food court.
Generic shopping mall. I played capture the flag here once.
If you have to go to a mall, this is a great option. Good selection of shops. Generally very clean. Two different food court areas with some slithtly more upscale restaurant options. They even have several table areas to take a break and charge your phone and such. The layout can be a little confusing at first but it isn't too hard to find your way once you get the hang of it.
This can be a fun place to shop or meet for lunch. Very easy to get to on public transportation. However, it also can be overwhelming. So plan accordingly and visit a few shops at a time.
This mall is crazy nice!! Had more then 5 levels. The mall was very clean and busy!! Side note, this mall was the only mall that had a Microsoft store with Surface Book in stock! Lol. Kinda shows how good and important this mall is!
