Great small mall good for small fast shopping trip...
Great small mall good for small fast shopping trips.
Great small mall good for small fast shopping trips.
Considering its near Union Square, it isn't overly crowded. A lot of stores to shop around
I enjoyed looking forward to spending time in the different shops in the shopping center
Good shopping. Pretty good shops, but beyond the curved escalator, it's not as attractive a mall as others in the USA.
It one of the coolest malls in sf. I just dont like how the bathrooms get very dangerous. Many people get mugged, robbed in the bathrooms. Highly reccomend you not going to bottom floor bathroom; homeless sleep there and bathe.
Could have stayed longer but we'd had to run. The food smelled so good!!
Not a bad place to shop. Can be alittle pricey since it's San Francisco.
One of the biggest, beautiful malls I've been to. Several floors, decked in holiday decorations. Must visit!
Not much too say, I go only if I know exactly what I want and exactly where I am going ahead of time... It's just a fancy Mall, that's about it.
Excellent place to hang out. I don't recall another time I was able to play Xbox in the Microsoft store for 4 hours straight
Premium shopping, stellar food court, and convenient location make this a hot spot for any local consumer and tourist.
Great mall, needs more security. The bums are constantly going to the food court to steat drinks from Panda Express
Good stores and great food court. The Bart had direct entrance to the mall which works out great.
First in the nation with a spiral escalator this vertical mall is beautiful. We bring the granddaughters here every summer for back to school shopping.
What a disorganized mall. Plan on getting lost looking for anything the first few times you go there. And no easy access to Mission St exit once you're inside strolling around... especially if you are in Nordstrom's...plan on exiting to Market st or finding your way though to exit via Bloomingdale's. Good luck finding all the elevators necessary if you're in a wheelchair....add an extra hr travel time inside the Mall. If you get stuck in the Cinema... don't ask the employees how to get to Mission St exit. They'll all give you different directions (all wrong).
Huge shopping mall, with a ok food court however it is hard to find the toilets
I went there on 2019 July.
It is a very beautiful place, if you have money, you'll have fun
Very cool place, hustle and bustle. Food court was good and a few shops I went very good
Large amount of stores. Some of the food places here are good, but others are more common (chipotle, Panda express, etc.)
Good place for shopping and hanging out. Although i was traveling to SFO, i have seen a better mall at my place.
Kinda bad for shopping mall. The only shopping mall in San Francisco.
We spent a lot of time here during our day trip in SF. Great entertainment
Large, comfortable, beautiful. Below are many restaurants with varied cuisine.
Amazing indoor mall. Incredible amount of floors and stores. The food court in the basement has a great selection of foods. Not your typical fast food in a mall.
i went here and honestly its the best i hate hilltop mall
Movie theaters, food court, and many stores to choose from so much fun to visit!!
Fun mall with huge selection of stores, and food options.
Great shopping center in the heart of downtown SF. Lots of stores and lots of people. Clean and well kept up. Close to Bart and the cable cars. Large parking structure on 5th street.

Been going here over two decades strong. What's not to love.
It's weird how.wherever you go in the world, Westfields are basically the same. This one has the usual stores, is heavily centred on fashion and women in particular. Nice building but just another downtown aspirational mall.
Great choice of shops and even a cinema.
Located downtown San Francisco.
Love being here
Very beautiful mall. Was visiting my daughter & we went here shopping. Loved all the Christmas decorations.
one of our favorite (mall) places to go in SF
easy parking at 5th and Mission garage
great movie theater with amazing seats, have craft beer there
Microsoft Store
Ecco Shoes
Bose store
415 cafe w/craft beer, weird 5 person relaxed service
close proximity to awesome marble floors at Nordstrom's side, original SF Center
Huge mall with a good variety of stores and restaurants. Close proximity to other stores in the area. Close to the cable car station too if you're visiting and want to ride the cable cars.
Location is right above the muni subway which is very convenient.
Beautifully designed mall. Clean and the escalators are fun too. Round and round it goes!
It has a good selection of stores and a nice food court.
It's a mall. Pretty clean. Decent stores. Good movie theater. Better than average food court.
Very busy lot of shops excellent food court recommended to everybody with money
A vintage tram pulled by a cable buried in the road (7 dollars to do a little tour)
'great' mall. Like this one the most of all the American malls.
I loved the place.
The offices and the environment is very comfortable and pleasant.
Good food court, great selection of shops and upscale restaurants if you want them
It's a mall. Does have Chipotle downstairs though. Clean and big selection of shops.
Great shops and great food. Easy to get around. Good disabled access and good lighting. I love it here.
Various department stores are gathered and various brand shopping is possible
Great diversity of stores, free wifi and interesting seasonal events.
Nice new shopping mall with amazing curved elevators. You really need to walk in just to see how cool it looks.
