Good location, a little too quiet. Not great cleaning and maintenance to the rooms. The pool is closed at 7 PM every night. For a resort all the way in the south of the island with not much to do around you, should certainly have a late activities in the pool should be open. In our stay we got a free dinner, however it was we Reheat it and not fresh at all. I m only giving it three stars because of the service are the front desk team.
This outstanding gem tucked on a slope provided a picturesque view of the lake and the distant sea. The resort was well equipped with numerous facilities. The location was perfect to take a short stroll to the beach or nearby stores. The staff there were warmth and helpful. This being our sixth time returning to this resort whenever we were at Phuket, never fails to amaze us.
The room is spacious and comfortable. The pool is very big. Located very close to Naiharn beach (only 5 minutes on foot). Beside Naiharn beach, there are several beaches nearby as well as jungles, which can be reached by the hotel shuttle service.

The place is super clean , big comfy bed , big balcony with a great view of swimming pool and the nai harn lake . Very limited food option . The receptionist at night speak very basic English . The best reception that leave impression is Japanese girl name saki , she s super friendly , nice and can speak English . The food menu is very limited - don t order Western food it s not that great but the Thai food menu is super good but it s in thai English language not translated to English and picture so if your not familiar with the name of Thai food you gotta google it to know the food . The Restuarant room deliver service is fast but when u order you people speak very basic English . The breakfast is great but limited cheese option , great bread , seed service coffee tho they won t bring you coffee unlike western 5 start hotel , they have variety of children food . Only restaurant open when I stayed is the breakfast area . Location wise this place is my fav it s 5min walk to the nai harn beach with best sunset and fine white sand , lots of local food outside , if your interested for jogging and running everyday it s the best place coz the lake is the spot for all fitness enthusiasts. Also try to walk all the way to the windmill . Best view point and great for sunset too .
Great Hotel beautiful pools, nice Buffet. But lots of stairs to climb. 5 minute walk from the lobby to a beautiful beach.
Nice and stylish place, big and clean room, good food, huge swimmingpool and super nice staffs!!
This place has a lot going for it: nice, clean and very big rooms (even the standard size). A beautiful pool and several other amenities (closed because of the Covid outbreak). The staff was friendly and ready to help. They also spoke English quite well.
Two things to be aware off: going to your room requires a steep climb / stairs, or a ride with their golf cart. Fine for me, but might be a deal breaker for older or less mobile people. Second, the breakfast was table service, not buffet style (again, due to Covid) and it was pretty good, especially the Thai options. The coffee was absolutely horrible though, which is a shame for a luxury resort. Be prepared and take your own if this is important to you.
As an added bonus, the room rate is more than reasonable right now, again due to Covid, and Naiharn is by far the liveliest place on the island now, since Kata, Karon, and Patong are ghost towns.
