Disrespectful, rude, mistreated!

Disrespectful, rude, mistreated!
That's how my 70 years old mom was treated on September 20th , by the woman who interviewed her!
Denied her a visa, in a very rude manner!
My mom had zero intention of remaining in US!!! How on earth someone would think it's easy to just leave everything behind when you 70?!!! She wouldn't remain not even 2 weeks in US. Very disappointed in the treatment towards my mom!
She wanted to see her coming granddaughter, that's all!!!
But thanks to someone, that won't happen!
What a shame!!!

I had previously been warned about the existence of a collusion between the US Embassy and Work and Travel, and now I am convinced of this by the example of my daughter. Well settled that some, that the second - collect money from people (and a lot of it), earn good money on it, and in the end refuse for no reason. Of the 100 people assigned to the interview 04/10/2019 no one received a visa.

If it were possible to put -5 stars, then this would describe more accurately my review. The incompetence, indifference and rudeness of the employees of the US Embassy in Chisinau simply outrages. For questions not related to visas for US citizens, it does not even make sense to contact. The call center number is busy for life. On the embassy's website, everything is strictly related to visa questions. The email was answered quickly, with advice to call the call center or find what you need on the official website, in general a vicious circle with zero help. I would like to convey to the leadership of the embassy about the work of clerks who are supposed to inform people, but instead they offer to call the always busy number and write to which they will not give a specific answer.

The lady who interviewed my mother was very rude . She didn't listen, she didn't give my mom to say a word. She came with passport and told her no, because she is a potential immigrant. Seriously?! At her age , when she has a job, a husband (my dad) for more then 30 years, apartment and all she needs... She just wants to see her granddaughters , that's it. But the lady , didn't let her say a word. You pay $150 , but before you go to interview , they already have the answer for you : NO.

Very disapoonted not because my father got a refusal, but because of the way US Embassy started treating people. Everybody who goes to the interview should be treated with respect, should be given a chance to explain their economic and social ties, and, at least, be interviewed by a person who undestands romanian. My father went 2 times to the interview, first time they said hi and bye. The 2nd time he was asked - whom you want to visit. He was denied the visa, gave him the passport and my father said can I speak with the ambassador? Then the lady called the interpreter, as she didnt understand anything in romanian. After the interpreter translated what my father said, the lady said she cant change her decision, but he can come again. oh well, it is umbelivebale that at the US Embassy this is even possible. The worst thing is that my kids wont be able to see his grandpa, because of the unprofessional people at the US Embasy!

The lady who interviewed my mom on February 6th was very rude and disrespectful. It's one thing when your visa is denied and other when somebody treats you so miserable. People spend a lot of money, time, effort to have this interview so treat the with respect at least.

What to say , I can say just they are good businessman. My mom and dad was on December 11th. They got refused, the lady from there asked just: What you want to do in USA?, really? What a stupid question, to ask 2 old persons of 70 years what to do in USA. My parents said : to meet Christmas with my son and his family. She refused without an answer.
Some of people told me that who is working there , they are good psychologist, hell no they are good businessman. In 30 minutes my parents said that 15 people was refused, and no one passed. So just here is 2400$ they earned.
What priorities they follow to get that visa?
Why people spend a lot of money for nothing?
Why they are not saying if you don t have ( doc A, B , C etc..) do not apply?
Whatever, or with new ambassador or with old one is the same..

The lady who interviewed my father was very rude and disrespectful too, she didn't even ask him nothing, just gave him passport back, and thats it,
All she needs is money that people spent for the interview. maybe 5 people from 100 are lucky. This is the 4th time my father tried to obtain a visa to come and play with his grandkids... Really Really disappointed!

You alone are guilty. Most of you in the US have remained illegally. That's why the refusal rate is high. The thing about the 70-year-old girl, I think they were worried about staying there until the end of their life. Who does not know, illegal people can go to a public hospital and receive any free medical care. So I think your parents have denied the subject.

People are very professional at the embassy and NO they are not businessmen! There are already too many immigrants in America and they have all the rights to refuse your application if you cannot prove that you have enough reasons to return back to Moldova (like a house, a good paid job and so on)...
