If it were possible to put -5 stars, then this would describe more accurately my review. The incompetence, indifference and rudeness of the employees of the US Embassy in Chisinau simply outrages. For questions not related to visas for US citizens, it does not even make sense to contact. The call center number is busy for life. On the embassy's website, everything is strictly related to visa questions. The email was answered quickly, with advice to call the call center or find what you need on the official website, in general a vicious circle with zero help. I would like to convey to the leadership of the embassy about the work of clerks who are supposed to inform people, but instead they offer to call the always busy number and write to which they will not give a specific answer.
