I took my mom there for a gift and they were rude and very unprofessional!

The staff was very friendly. Amy was very knowledgeable and attentive ro my needs and providing reccomendations that would get me the results ii was wanting to acheive.

Love this place it's very clean and classy! The staff are super friendly. Carol is the BEST and so sweet! You tell her what you're looking to accomplish she will take her time to explain, make suggestions she doesn't over sell! When you leave your confidence is immediately lifted. Check it out for sure.. Oh.. and they throw the most amazing parties a few times a year serving ordeureves, drinks and raffles giving away products...

Leslie did an amazing job with my lip injections! They look amazing and she was very attentive and professional. Way better than Sivan or any other celebrity injector!

Everyone was very helpful. I felt like they actually heard me and the results I wanted.

I did post a negative review about U-Med before. However, I must be fair but they demonstrated how much they care about their customers and an amazing Customer Service attitude. They took my feedback seriously and reached out to me, listened to my feedback very seriously and went above and beyond to gain back my trust and do the right thing to me, as their customer. Just the fact they took the time to review my feedback and contact me to listen to my feedback, alone, would have reverted how I felt about their service! Because that showed care for their customer and that they are not in the business just to make money. That every SINGLE customer counts to them. One would think since they are very well established and honestly do not really 'need' another customer, they would not care for just a single not so good review, but they showed me exactly the opposite. Every U-Med customer counts! And that was extremely valuable and important to me! Thank you, U-Med!

Good experience here. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Gave only 4 stars because it didn t really feel like a med spa. Idk I was just expecting something more spa like. Anyway, pretty fast experience. The PA who performed the work gets 5 stars! She was super knowledgeable, kind, and very gentle. I liked her a lot. Sterile and clean environment too. Would go there again.

I have been here before and had a great experience; this visit was a little less than superb, but I feel like it was an isolated incident(s). My face was numbed even though my service didn't require it (even after I confirmed the correct service). I was repeatedly apologized to, and in the scheme of things, it wasn't a huge deal. But, it was annoying to have a numb face/lips the rest of the day when I hadn't planned on it. Checking out took about 10 minutes (I was using a gift card for part of the payment) and I was the only client in there. I was a bit bummed because I'd previously had a lovely experience here.

I've been going to U med since they opened several years ago. The girls are great, the services are exceptional and Carol Robinson is the only one who I would ever let do any kind of injectable She is the most professional and gentle and always gives her honest opinion. They are all the best!

From my consultation through laser micro peel my experience was excellent. Katie took great care of me. I went in for a consultation with her cause I was interest in reducing my fine lines, freckles, and evening out my complexion and she let me know that I didn't need laser resurfacing but rather I would get the results I was looking for with the micro peel. Here I am a week out and she was right I am loving my results and they are suppose to keep getting better over the next few weeks.

I went to see Leslie for first time lip filler and Botox. I was nervous and she made sure to talk me through everything. She was very professional and kind. I told her I still wanted my lips to look natural but better :) I definitely achieved the result I was looking for and had little to no bruising! I live in Oklahoma and will be driving to see Leslie again for future services. I highly recommend her!!!

I scheduled their Signature Facial (an hour and 15 minute service). My service only lasted 45 minutes and when I brought it to the attention of the front desk agent, they didn t care. They said, well you probably received everything you should for the facial . Any Spa I ve visited knows not to skimp on time, especially 30 minutes worth! And in the event something like this happens, they offer a discount since you didn t receive the full experience. Needless to stay, I wasn t happy when I left.

Carol Robinson and her entire staff are extremely qualified, professional and friendly. I am a licensed esthetician, and I trust Carol's expertise completely. I recommend her to all of my clients.

I ve been here before and was pleased with my initial results, but this time Amy did my lip injections. The experience was amazing. I didn t experience any pain at all, and she addressed all my concerns with my lip shape. I LOVE my lips this go round. Also, this is only the second day and this time I m experiencing little to no swelling pain. Two thumbs up for sure

I visited Amy a few months ago and am still astounded by her work. She does beautiful filler/juvederm work on the chin and cheek bones and gave balance and more symmetry to my face. I look forward to my next appointment with her and find her very knowledgeable and she is willing to explain thoroughly the process that she is about to perform.

I recommend reviewing any Groupon they offer very carefully. It is usually not necessary to read the entire offer HOWEVER, with this one - you must. If you have used their services before, you cannot utilize the Groupon offer. Total Med Solutions allows you to use their services after 3 to 6 months with a Groupon, I would think U-Med Spa would do the same thing. I am very disappointed, not just with U Med Spa but with myself for not reading all the small print. I will not be going back to U Med Spa again which is sad, because I enjoyed their services. I actually spent $1,800 for one treatment and was going to go back again, but not now.

I enjoyed my experience very much. They gave a great consultation and did not try to up sell you or over charge. She even gave hints on how to save money with injections . I will be using this as my new place!

I ve been going to U Med Spa for about 6+ years. Had a fire and ice facial today with Katie - it was fabulous!

I went U med spa on 4/23/2019 to get Botox on masseter muscle with Carol, who I was told has many injection experience with Botox in all area.
The result after a week: my face is very crooked. The right corner of my mouth could not move. My right side face could not smile or laugh while my left could.

I emailed them with the pic, I got no response. So I waited until my follow up appointment on May 4th, the injector s response was: I have done this for 15 years it never happened. I don t know why . It s very clear that the Botox injected at wrong muscle which controls the corner of the mouth, so I could not move that muscle. If you don t even know that you don t know how botox works! Or you know it indeed but you just don t want take the responsibility?

when my husband said she could at least reach out to me after receiving my email few days ago. She said they emailed or called me, which I have never received. I just simply stated the fact I had not get any reply or phone call regarding the email I sent. She got up and said That s it! We are done here!
That was the last word she said to me, there were no single Sorry being said from the beginning to the end! Really?!how rude!

I would never recommend this med spa to anyone. Even though she refund me in the end I still feel bad.I have to deal with crooked face for few months. It would make me feel a little better if she had sincerely apologized to me. My husband and I run a family business as well, we would immediately response if we get a complaint with a big issue like this and would never treat the customer with such unprofessional attitude.

i ve been to a couple different spas before this, and this one has by far been the best. Carol always does everything i ask for flawlessly!! She s so sweet and manages to make everything look natural while still being noticeable. And they re one of the only spas i ve found that will put filler in the nose which was one of my main concerns. i would definitely recommend them to everyone!!

My experience at UMed is always above and beyond. The entire staff makes you feel special from start to finish. Katie White is one of the best in the business. Her attention to detail results in flawless skin. Also, Amy Powell is an artist with injections, relaxers and fillers. I wish I would have started coming here sooner.
