I am 31 years old and I decided to try dysport for the first time to help treat and prevent further wrinkles. I have had two treatments here, 4 months apart, and both treatments have been amazing! I feel like I still look natural and normal, but I have no visible forehead wrinkles or crows feet! I absolutely feel like the cost is worth it since I know that my wrinkles aren t getting worse and they are not visible for about 4 months!

Amy is simply the best! She is thorough, makes you feel at ease, and provides not only quality care but AMAZING results.

I have only been to U Med Spa once & that was some years ago. My injector was Carole, she was marvelous. I finally had a lot of time freed up so I thought I wouldn t take advantage of all the specials they offer. I got sick and they weren t able to treat me due to that. At this point I ve been sick for months with 5 different drs. Carol wants lab reports to ensure my safety and others. During that time, the person that kept up with communication was Kate. She was fantastic, so I can see that their communication and customer service is top notch. As a result, I still don t have a diagnosis but all my reports came back negate, meaning they couldn t find anything wrong. I got back to Kate telling her that all seemed fine & I had already sent her 2 of my lab reports. Carole wanted some kind of letter from the dr. I d been to so many I didn t know who she thought would be most appropriate as they had already scheduled an appt for me. As I wasn t sure how fast I could get a letter of release, I canceled the appt. I know how long it can take to try and get a drs note. They ended up refunding my money; over $2.000 in Services. I m sad about that because I can t seem to find another spa that has the type of treatments they do. But if you re looking for a place and you re concerned about the sterility of the spa, U Spa is strict in their policies to ensure health and safety of others.They are considerate of others health as their own, I m sure. Regarding my refund, the accountants told Kate they couldn t refund a person after 60 days so Carole said she would send me a check. I haven t received it yet but I spoke with them last Wednesday & it s Tuesday today so it s only been a week. It was a trying ordeal but I would definitely recommend this spa to others.

I was super pleased with my return visit. They hands down made me feel welcome, comfortable, and didn t rush. I m glad I came back.

I love Carol! I trust her and she is very good at listening and communicating with me about how to receive the results I am looking for! From the moment I walked in the front desk manager and assistant we re so friendly they made me feel safe and the lobby was nice and clean and they had sanitizer and masks . Kelsey was my injector she is a nurse practitioner with many years under her belt and it shows because she was amazing and so warm and friendly! It was my first time ever doing Botox so I was nervous but she explained to me what she was doing throughout the entire process. I really liked that she did that! And I can not wait to go back and get more packages with her in the future.

Carol is awesome and knows exactly where to inject so I don't get droopy eye lids.

I have seen Amy Powell for nearly 2 years for Dysport, and she is truly THE BEST. She makes you feel comfortable, and truly pulls off a natural look. The first time I went in, I was incredibly nervous and I stressed that didn't want to look "fake" or over done. I feel incredibly comfortable in her skilled hands. She's not only incredibly knowledgeable, but she will talk to you about options you might not have even thought about. Can't recommend her enough!

I've also gone to U Med Spa for facials, and it was relaxing, and made me feel like I was glowing with all that extra plump skin that's so crucial for women like me in their late 30s. :)

This place was very clean, warm, and inviting! I absolutely love Kate and how she took great care of my skin! Will definitely be back and recommend to others!

Carol is a true artist. I love the spa. She is excellent with fillers. I am 44 years old and I have been getting fillers and botox for the last 10 years. I have to say that Carols work is my favorite so far.

This place is outstanding. I first began laser treatments with this spa after being unsatisfied with the unprofessionalism at a different one. The technicians here are friendly, treat customers like a people and not cattle, and have managed to make me comfortable in vulnerable circumstances (i.e. Brazilian laser) while still maintaining a professional and positive attitude. I have nothing but good things to say about this spa and its employees.
Regarding the review about women of color being denied service: this presumably has been written by someone who has not done her research. A machine's effectiveness is often dependent on a person's skin and hair color and any decent treatment center will evaluate these factors before shooting a laser at your skin. The point of the consultation is just that, to determine if a person's features are appropriate for laser hair removal. Kudos to this spa for their thorough and beneficial consultations.

I came here back in February after reading the great reviews & seeing they were offering Kybella for a lot cheaper via Groupon so I made an appointment. Carol was absolutely great & so was her assistant. I got two vials of Kybella which added up to more than a grand out of pocket.. did my own before & after pictures. I literally do not see a difference at all. I m at 10 weeks after the injections too. My follow up appointment with Carol needed to be rescheduled due to work scheduling conflicts, so my appointment was rescheduled with someone else (which is fine) but days before my appointment they reached out to me saying they need to reschedule me due to them being understaffed? Understaffed on a Friday appointment? I was already unhappy with my results so asking me to reschedule after I initially did it myself due to my job was really an inconvenience. I just told the lady there was no need to reschedule but she was being persistent, so I told her I was happy with my results just to get this out of the way. The results didn t match what I paid for, or anything at all really. The only time they tried scheduling me for a touch up was when they were trying to reschedule an already rescheduled appointment. I was annoyed, of course im gonna say im happy with my results since the lady wouldnt stop texting me.

Liz was very knowledgeable and professional for my service. She was very thorough as she discussed the differences between Botox and Dysport. In the end I chose Dysport and was thrilled with the result! I would definitely return to Liz!

I went in for the acne glow facial which is essentially microneedling. First of all, when I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I was informed that Angela was running late and I would have to wait 15-20 minutes. That was slightly irritating I do wonder what would happen if I, as a customer, were 20 minutes late to my appointment?
Anyway, Angela was finally ready for me 20 minutes later and we got started. Everything was fine at first and I really didn't feel anything, accept for in the areas that were not numbed at all. After my whole face was done and the numbing had pretty much worn off, for some odd reason, Angela decided to go over my forehead and the bridge of my nose several more times and with more pressure. This was very painful, as again, the numbing effect had worn off already, and these are both bony areas with no cushion. Her going over the bridge of my nose over and over was especially painful since it's not a flat surface; the SkinPen kept slipping. After she was done torturing me, I was bleeding in those two areas only. The rest of my face was a bit red, but actually looked good.

After a few days, my nose and forehead began to scab over. I now have big dark spots (post inflammatory hyperpigmentation) in the middle of my forehead and on my nose because of someone else's idiocy. I feel as though I paid nearly 500 dollars for someone to mess my face up. And what really disappointed me was that I contacted U Med Spa afterwards, and they didn't seem to really care...

Went in for a dermasculpt with Amy and she was very professional and thorough as usual! Every time that I ve gone there it has been a very pleasant experience. As an esthetician I recommend my clients here often.

I had my first signature Hydrafacial last weekend! It was the one of the best facials I have ever had. I was told I looked 20 years younger!

While I really enjoyed my dermaplane with Katie, I found the cost ($100) too pricey for the 30 minutes that I was on the table.

The storefront is gorgeous and lovely to walk into. I appreciated Amys consultation before my service and her feedback to really obtain the results I am seeking. I would recommend any women looking to enhance her natural beauty visit UMS!

I have had all my Botox and other filler procedures done by Carol since 2010 and I will not go anywhere else! She is not only highly qualified but, most importantly, has a very good sense of esthetics and I trust her recommendations on procedures. She is always spot on.. injections are not only about certifications and price but mostly about understanding what looks good tailored to the individual. To me, Carol is an artist of the face and on top of her talent, is a genuine and personable human being.

My go to place for making myself feel good. Love Carol, Amy and staff. Lovely Spa environment, would not go anywhere else. They always offer the most up to date techniques which I always enjoy being educated on knowing how to keep aging at the back door.

I recently moved to Texas and chose U Med Spa based off of all of the positive reviews I saw online. I suffer from stubborn melasma and was hopeful to find a treatment plan that would work best for my skin type. I was set up with an esthetician named Katie who seemed less than thrilled to be working the day of my appointment.

Katie did not properly examine my skin before determining what treatment would be best for my condition. She sat far away from me and simply told me the services the clinic offers and left the discussion up to me to figure out what I wanted to do without any input on her end. I ended up choosing a peel myself based on familiarity with the product name.

The peel did nothing for my pigmentation and even looks worse in some areas. No before photos were taken for proof of comparison. She barely said a word to me during my treatment. Simply said alright before applying the peel. The only post-peel instructions I was given was not to touch my face for 4 hours. That was it. No treatment plan was created post-peel. No follow up was offered. Nothing. I expected way better service from my provider, especially with all of the rave reviews posted online. $380 down the drain. Definitely will not be back for any further services.

I have been in a lot of Med Spas before with different experiences. U Med Spa is the one that takes you on a whole new level. The environment is very pleasant, the staff is amazing and makes you feel very welcome. I had to drive for 3 hours to get my Nefertiti lift, because nobody does it in our area, and it completely worth my time and money. I did the procedure yesterday and did not expect the result so quickly, but I can tell it is working already. I am so happy! Thank you U Med Spa. I will be back!

Not a good experience at all. Lip fillers came out uneven and extremely bumpy. I told Leslie that they were uneven while I was still in the chair and she swore that they were perfect. When I returned 2 weeks later to let her know that I was unhappy with it and wanted a touch-up, she said they looked fine and I didn't get a touch-up but had to pay full price for second injections. Thank God I didn't, I went to a different place with an actual nurse practitioner and she confirmed that my lips were uneven and had multiple lumps. I had to have them dissolved and redone.
The Dysport injections I got at U Med Spa not only made no difference but felt tingly and wrong for 3 weeks after injections. Over $600 wasted.
Very unsatisfied and I would never go there again.

Before choosing U Med Spa, I did some research and called many places. I felt confident in my choice after speaking with Chandler. She was friendly and knowledgeable. I was thrilled that she was able to give me an appointment on such short notice. The day I arrived I was a little late due to unexpected traffic. I was so worried I was going to have to reschedule due to my tardy arrival. Not only did the staff fit me into the schedule, they were genuinely concerned about my safety, hoping I was OK when I did not arrive on time. After filling out some paperwork, I was greeted by the gorgeous (inside and out) Ms. Carol. She is truly a beautiful soul. She listened to my concerns, took time answering my questions, and made me feel very comfortable before, during, and after my procedures. (I had my lips and eyes done) I was absolutely amazed watching my lip transform into "pucker perfection!" I had minimal pain, some normal swelling, and a little bruising around my mouth. With only one week before my cruise, I was a bit worried about my bruised lips. (yes, I know why not wait till the last minute! ?! ) Carol assured me I would be 100% healed in a 5-7 days. Exactly 7 days later, no bruising, and my eyes kept getting better each day the Botox did it's job. Unfortunately, after the swelling went down, I had wished I could have had another syringe of Restalyne.
I definitely recommend Carol and her entire staff. I can't wait to go back for round two. I am on a mission for those perfect pucker up lips, just call me a "lover of pucker"
