The service was quick and efficient. The menu is typical of such construct your own burrito places, but had a wise selection of extras at no charge (shot cream, various cheeses, cilantro, different types of onions, etc. ..). I enjoyed the selection of rice as well.

I am absolutely in love with Twisted Tortilla! They offer the most authentic and delicious Mexican Grill cuisine. I work nearby and pretty much dine in during all of my work shifts. The service from the staff is super fast, very friendly and engaging. I usually order the same item, a chicken quesadilla with lettuce, guacamole and sour cream. The nice young men always asks if I would like complimentary fresh tortilla chips, which i think is really a nice accompaniment. Btw... i highly recommend the chocolate chip cookies and deeeelicious lemon bars... YUM! Looking forward to my next visit!
It's like a mom and pop version of Chipotle that's also much more of an actual dining feel. Served in glass plates rather than a cardboard trough, the ambiance is more of a sit down place rather than a hurry up/fast food place. More burrito/rice bowl options as well. Friendly people and help yourself salsa bar
Well, they have garlic as topping. The guy put handful of it in my burrito. And my mouth became garlic fragrance fountain for the whole day! Besides, the burrito lacked flavor and they didn't have any flavorful salsa. Thumbs down.
I love this place. Food is great and pretty cheap. Staff is friendly. The tortilla soup is awesome.
I am sure that there food in there restaurant is ok but I work at Amerisource Bergen in frisco tx and the food they serve there for us to eat is trash and overly priced they have not creativity for different lunch and breakfast items it always the same. I don't even want to give them a star.
Fresh, consistently good. Atmosphere, well..... Let me just say this, on our last visit this week, I felt like we were eating in a nightclub because the music was so loud.
Was really excited about finding some Cali style fish tacos. What I got was mushy fish and disappointment. On a side note all the hot sauces on the shelf, like 50 of them, are empty. Reminds me of a college student showing off their empty bottles of liquor on a display shelf.
The brisket meat was under-cooked and hard to chew. Other than that: all good

Wont find mexican food here, its more of a place you go if you have 10 min for lunch and you are looking for an alternative to tacobell. Tacos with cubed meat and oversized tortillas to try and make up for lack of flavor. If you like walmart freezer aisle quality food for twice the price, this is the place for you.
Hidden Gem, Kind of tucked away seen it a few times and decided to go for lunch today. I got the Southwestern Salad, omg i'm full. It was really good and you can customize the salad anyway you want.
Since it was my first time, the one guy walked me through the menu showing all the different stuff they have. All the staff was really nice and fluent in both English and Spanish.
For sure going back for Tacos, the Tacos looked amazing with fresh Tortillas as well.

Nice little neighborhood place. Menu is very busy but its basically a build-your-own. Portions are small by Texas standards. Lots of tv's on silent to watch your favorite sport team while venue-appropriate music is piped in.
Totally legit. Great food. I had the enchiladas and the wife had a steak salad. Everything tasted fresh. For the cost of eating cheap Tex Mex, we had quality food. All the line cooks were genuinely nice as well
Will NEVER order from this place again!!!! We placed a catering order for our office. The lady that delivered the food did not leave a receipt. I have called the owner, Heidi, and left 6 messages to have receipt emailed to me. I have yet to receive an email or return call. I also left a message at the restaurant for Heidi to call, because apparently they are unable to print a receipt, and still NO call. Our office is part of a VERY large group, and I will definitely spread the word......
I come here more than once every week. Awesome food. Way better quality than Chipotle at a cheaper price.

Came here after having some mild to medium back pain. Decided it had to be stress and work induced (work in healthcare) so I looked up my insurance and Dr. K had good reviews so I decided to try him out. My first appointment the tech? decided I needed an exam (no problem) then had me wait in a room to get some xrays. Dr. K does his own xrays which is impressive. Doctor's don't do xrays... lol Was told to get the normal treatments and to check out. Without getting a plan from the doctor the secretary quoted me $700. I paid the minimal $200 that they secretary said was mandatory. Set up another appointment and saw the dr and received an adjustment, therapy, etc. During my adjustment the doctor talked to me about my abnormal xrays that somehow were causing my IBS that I didn't come in for. I was then taken into the room with the financial director? to tell me that I needed over $2000 worth of rehab, physical therapy, ultrasounds, therapy and adjustments. I was very confused at this point and had wondered if I was coming in for a stroke or just simple back pain. Moral of the story great place, great location but if you just need an adjustment or two you're better off getting a membership at the joint not a hardcore place like this. I am sure they will more than take care of you but beware of the costs. Thankfully my insurance HRA covered the $700 I had accumulated over two visits.
This place BY FAR has the BEST crispy beef tacos I've had from a restaraunt!!!!! And a TON of more topping options than anyone else has!! And I eat tacos A LOT- Several times a week at least. So SO delicious, I drove from Grapevine to Frisco today just because I was craving their tacos! This place is far superior to Chipotle and honestly any other quick taco place I've found. I haven't been able to bring myself to order anything other than their crispy beef tacos yet because they're so damn good, that's all I want! Plus the people working there are so nice, and were helping my 5 year old with his Spanish today, it was adorable. And it's a fun place to eat. This place is a MUST!!!!

Nice guys working here. It's about the same as Chipotle, maybe a little less fresh on some of the ingredients but still very good. Quick and easy, not crowded at lunch which is a plus!

Food is decent compared to Chipotle. The service is very hit or miss which is important since the food portions always differ. They also never confirm before they start dishing things out. They also only half the time give you chips or salsa. It's good enough to go back since the food is good, but could use better management.
Much better than Chipotle! It has a cute little bar too.
I love this place! Great food, great folks behind the counter and did I mention the fabulous food? Best nachos around and their burrito bowls are so fresh. I called in literally one minute after they opened for a takeout order, went to pick it up while they looked to be prepping a large catering order so my nacho order was delayed by maybe 7 minutes, I didn't mind, best nachos ever, they insisted on not charging me for the wait. What? Customer service is the bomb here, unheard of these days. Thanks guys!!
One of the best places I've found for tacos. Good quality ingredients: Corn tortillas we're soft and silky, the meat was seasoned well and tender, and all the toping ingredients we're fresh and flavorful. I highly recommend giving it a try

YUCKY! I came here trusting reviews and wow am I shocked. I m hoping it was just a bad day. The rice was hard, the ground beef tasted just weird. The brisket was good though. The chopped tomotoes had soured and the silverware was dirty! Every thing I picked up had something on it. The tables were dirty too. Not impressed at all. I am giving 2 Stars because the young guy serving us was helpful.
Blah... 100+ sauces.. More like 10 or 15 looks like they went to the grocery store and just got one of each..Walk in customers are less important than the catering order.. Ref beans and spanish rice is horrible.. Chicken tacos are ok nothing to brag about. You guys are a Chipotle away from going under
Yummy yummy yummy!! I got a burrito. They made it well worth it. Most places are skimpy with the ingredients, but they made it worth it. I didn't really like the queso though, but the chips were good. Will definitely come here again!! Price is good for what you get also.
It was great! Service was awesome. Food was good...and the place was very clean. If you can't make it to chipotle this is definitely an alternative. Wayyyyy better than Free Birds.
Katie and all the other guys are all awesome. Food is delicious. Personally, the brisket is my favorite. Excellent queso as well. I work at the AmerisourceBergen building down the street where they have a satellite version as well.

Went here for lunch and got a rice bowl. It s similar to chipotle with the counter style serving and customization but I felt like my carnitas were a little bland. They give you free fresh chips on the side that were good, but I was not a fan of the salsa- any of them. They have a salsa bar at the back with 3 different kinds and I think they put a ton of vinegar or something in it to keep it fresh. It tasted very odd. Service was good, friendly and fast.
We ordered soft tacos which are made in front of us - fresh, the menu seems confusing but the staff helped us understand better, you can choose your ingredients on your taco/bowl/burrito by yourself like we do in chipotle. Everything looked and tasted fresh. Ambiance is good. Small cozy place but great and fresh food.

The portions were absolutely absurd. 3 tacos for 12$. I was so happy and full that I was unable to fully enjoy my sushi dinner date. Which i was emphatically looking forward to. Twisted tortilla was the culprit. The chips and salsa took it too far. If you want me to 5 star I will. But I want this to top your 1 star. Anyways, just let me know. Appreciate your food!

Look, I hate to leave such a low rating, but I've been coming here regularly for years (several times a week), and something has changed lately. The place seems to be dirty, you're running out of food, and seriously folks...you HAVE to fix the rice problem. The last few times, the rice has been so hard, it was almost inedible. You have struggled with the rice issue for a long time, but it's seriously out of control now. Tonight's order was RIDICULOUSLY inedible. I even asked going through the line "hey, can you please bring out fresh rice, they all look bad." The answer back was "no, we don't have any more." At 6:30...no more rice. No other Mex food place like yours struggles with this problem. You HAVE to fix the rice. When you get it fixed, please reply to this rating, and I'll be back. Until then, $18 * 3 visits/week = $54/week not coming back. You've officially lost me, and I didn't think that was ever going to happen.
This is a good spot for pick your own through the line Mexican food. They are consistent with the food and it's always good. It's a single so that could use some TLC, but always enjoy the meals.
Been here several times. Have never been disappointed in their food, you get a big burrito. My only bad thing is I wish the salsa was a little thicker, it's very watery.
This place is great. Tasty counter style mexican food and a popular little bar at the back. Some of the best chicken tortilla soup I have tasted, consistently good tacos, and don't miss margarita mondays!
You can get a pretty good burrito and nachos for a good price. This place is our go to, if we are looking for a quick bite on the way home.
The only thing holding this place back from a 5 star rating from me is that the chips I received were stale and the tomatoes in the guacamole overwhelm the taste so it s rather bland. I went with three soft corn tacos, Spanish (twisted) rice, queso, pico, sour cream, and chicken. The meal itself was superb. Fast and friendly service. They were willing to explain the concept to me. Best of all, reasonably priced.
Awesome food! You can tell it's very fresh... also their margaritas are fire!!! On Monday's they're half priced, a great way to end a Monday.

Warning to anyone that uses there catering ;they have ruined my dining room table with there serving trays and won t take ownership for it. THE server showed up 20 minutes late and was frazzled Their customer service and owner are totally unbelievable. We would have worked our situation out if HEIDI had treated this different !! Disregard the 1 Star because the only way to post is to have a star. Another reason To not Use TWISTED TORTILLA.
