The store is very small but it is a paradise for tea lovers.

For tea lovers this is paradise. They are all varieties of the famous Twinings, the prices are reasonable. Many products can be found only in this magnificent place. Inside you can also take advantage of the bar, where they serve good hot tea. it's a bit hard to find.

I visited twice this small narrow shop, it was very busy both times but everyone seemed to find something to buy. Too busy for me, I will just continue to buy my twinings tea bags at the supermarket!

Staff is polite but only friendly with people who look like they might be rich. Come in casual high street outfit and you'll feel watched and will have questions answered impatiently, with staff ready to move to a next customer who might More

YUCK!!! Why are your teabags full of plastic? Many of your competitors aren t. Very disappointing. Obviously not a lot of intelligence in the management department...

Great place to read on its history, sample great teas and to buy as many teas or coffee as you like. Tends to be busy most of the time. Highly recommended!

The original, the flagship. Stop in for tea tasting, smell the tea leaf samples, see the massive variety. If you want to bring home tea as a souvenir or memory, stop here. All staff was pleasant, engaging, patient, seem to take pride on what they do. Not as expensive as one might think.

Small shop along the corridor to their offices. Lots and lots of varieties of tea, no surprise there. Very close the the first building not burned down on the great fire of London. Opposite the Royal Courts of Justice.

nice Twinings shop. I expected more varieties of tea, but due to the small place, probably they chose to show different type of teas.

I love tea and just had to stop by.It's a charming little store that sells a wide selection of Twinings tea.And has a tasting room in the back where you can enjoy a lovely cuppa.

My husband and I loved stopping at twinings whilst on our trip to the UK. Love the different flavors and types of tea on offer! Wish we got a bigger range in South Africa. Definitely pay twinings a visit - you wont be disappointed!

This is a super fun shop to visit, if your a tea-lover - or not, the staff are super friendly, when we visited, a friendly staff member explained the history of the tea that we picked and gave us multiple varieties to try. Would highly recommend, even if just to look at all the tea varieties they have, the walls are stocked full.

Such a lovely store! It s such a nice place to consider all tea options and to smell before buying. I knew what I was getting but it was great to have the shop assistant (or manager?) to give their opinion on what they liked. Will come back as soon as I m through my 4 tins!

My go-to place for buying tea, with a wide variety of tea options. Small but great place, also very good for buying tea gifts.

Private function at the time of our visit made it impossible to purchase a tea or coffee to drink.

Cute little store with a small museum included. (you get a free tea for tasting)
The employees are very friendly and welcoming.
They have a very wide product range and it is even possible to purchase single bags of tea.
Prices are totally ok.

We attended the Tea Masterclass hosted by Madeline. We must commend Maddie for a brilliant experience! Maddie presented an exciting history of tea, with mind-blowing facts. She was engaging and delivered the history with passion and exuberance! The tea tasting was equally fantastic, with Maddie demonstrating a professional tea slurp!
Maddie is great asset to Twinings. She has wealth of tea knowledge and is has a wonderfully, friendly and bubbly personality.

Having had a gift of a Twinings Tea Bag box with assorted tea bags, really wanted to visit so finally to get there absolutely loved it, the sweetest shop with lovely service and sampled the cold infusion fruit tea which was delicious. One jar purchased along with some teabag refills for my box. Highly recommend

While researching for my London trip, I read somewhere that this was both a tea shop and a museum. By museum, they really mean that they ha be a few relics on display in the back. Pretty unimpressive. It's really more of a tea shop. They do have a pretty large selection of tea though. Now that was impressive. The prices didn't seem TOO jacked up. Im sure you'd be able to find some of these in your local supermarket, but there were also some very exotic-sounding flavors. Great place to check out if you're looking for a nice souvenir.

It looks like a tourist trap but ultimately it's a very interesting shop to visit ... a huge selection of teas ... and coffee!
It's all in length and there are a lot of sellers and sellers.
Some teas under a bell allow us to feel them in the most perfect way ... very pleasant.
I saw tea leaves that I did not even imagine the shape ...

This shop was opened in 1717 and is genuine living history. I wouldn't be surprised if the had supplied the tea for the Boston tea party. The staff are experts at what they do. We were soon tempted to try out some new loose leaf tea. I bought one that smelt of chocolate!

Lovely place in which you may find different tea blends

An ideal setting if you want to make a real English tea time. Although the service is a little expensive, however the setting is so beautiful, the choice of teas is huge and the service so nice that it's worth the detour!

Good selection of teas, both from the staples to the rarer leaves, bagged and loose leaf.

It was a nice posh well stocked shop but I am not in favour of having to buy a minimum of 15 teabags, you should be able to buy however many you want.

I came across this shop while exploring the area. I love this brand and i was so happy to find this small shop. It s a nice shop the fragrance from the scented teas is enchanting. The ladies working there were very nice and friendly. Would definitely go back again to buy gifts for family and friends.
