I had a great experience with this call along with my corny jokes. The representative was professional, easy going and with very little information was able to come up with what I needed. This young lady deserves a raise for perseverance!

Fantastic Customer Service! Not 5 stars, 10! So helpful and efficient! - Very happy with service! I lost my dad recently and have had much stress lately and Gihan was so friendly and supportive and pleasant to talk with, that she left me with a smile on my face. She not only immediately helped me with the the problem I was having with my heater, but she also went an extra mile and helped me with something else. She was a joy to talk to and personally, I think she should get a raise... seriously! The world is hurting and we need people like her. She is definitely an asset to your company!

Wow. Supper efficient customer service. I have the Tresanti standing desk. Amazing product. Recently I had an error that wouldn t allow for my desk to go up or down. Man, I just went two weeks sitting because I dreaded calling into support (due to tainted experiences with other companies). Let me tell you. Niko from support helped me in less than 2 minutes. Wish I called sooner! This product and their customer support is top notch.

I had a problem with my unit. It was very frustrating but the customer service representative, Samantha, did send me a replacement. I received it and tried to register it but it would not submit. I contacted Samantha at customer service again and was informed because you got a replacement you don t get a warranty. So basically I felt as if you get what you get then if doesn t work or something happens you re stuck. The customer service manager called and stated there was confusion. That s not at all true. Your unit is covered same as if you just bought it. He gave me his direct number should there be any problems that need to be addressed with the heater. I feel they will try their best to help in any way possible to resolve an issue.

I'm moving and thought I had thrown away a remote control for a stove heater I'd purchased. The Customer Service rep patiently looked up the information and discovered that there is no remote for my unit, and he reminded me of the on/off button and control dials behind the door. He was very gracious about providing this assistance, even though it was a waste of his time. I thank him for his kindness while resolving this.

We love our desk and it s definitely affordable for all the features it has. Would recommend these products! Additionally, I am 100% satisfied with the customer service I had. I had run into a problem with what was shipped to us, and after speaking with Jasmine over the phone, she promptly resolved the issue and was diligent about follow up. It s hard to find companies these days that have a great product and ensure that they are satisfying their customers. Recommend!
