I'm moving and thought I had thrown away a remote control for a stove heater I'd purchased. The Customer Service rep patiently looked up the information and discovered that there is no remote for my unit, and he reminded me of the on/off button and control dials behind the door. He was very gracious about providing this assistance, even though it was a waste of his time. I thank him for his kindness while resolving this.
