I had a problem with my unit. It was very frustrating but the customer service representative, Samantha, did send me a replacement. I received it and tried to register it but it would not submit. I contacted Samantha at customer service again and was informed because you got a replacement you don t get a warranty. So basically I felt as if you get what you get then if doesn t work or something happens you re stuck. The customer service manager called and stated there was confusion. That s not at all true. Your unit is covered same as if you just bought it. He gave me his direct number should there be any problems that need to be addressed with the heater. I feel they will try their best to help in any way possible to resolve an issue.
