I don't even want to give them one star. Their handling my account has been barely proper paperwork in general, and specifically, they have continually refused to accomodate my expectations so far as sending me regular reports. I had asked for monthly, but they said that there were never any changes on a monthly basis. I then said that quarterly would be fine. They have refused. I cannot recommend them to anyone.

I would never reccomend this company to anyone! To continue on with more time going by with this company, things are getting worse! My 94 father was appointed to this company and they are denying most of his basic needs! The director will not listen and is always interrupts the conversation if it's not going her way! My father is suffering now and has said, why do I want to keep in surviving when I have no control over my life. Giving this company a -10 star would be my choice! As more time goes by, this is one of the most deceitful companies I've ever dealt with. They say they are trying to work with you and lie right to you with a straight face. They had preceded to break up a whole family by listening to the lies of one person! Money talks with this company. My rating for them just went to a -20.
