No communication between co-workers! Always short staffed, pay isn't worth the BS from upper management. Very high turnover! The list is endless...
Some of the staff have horrible attitudes when you call to talk to a loved one. It's like there mad at you for calling. I've only had good experiences with one of the female staff, she's very nice and respectful. As for the few different men I've talked to on the phone and in person need to grow up and loose the attitudes. If you don't like your job, then leave. Don't treat me disrespectful when I've been respectful the whole time. I've finally had enough of there attitudes and had to share my thoughts. Its time to grow up and act your ages.
