Went most recently for the England v Ireland game. Was in top tier but even up at top of stadium view and atmosphere are good - would rate that 4 stars. But what let's Twickenham down is the drinks and catering. Bars near our seats had run out of larger by half time. The staff could not pour a pint with out spilling it as not enough space between tap and tray to get full beer out and they didn't pre pour any beers before half time, so would give 2 stars for that. Could easily be better

I went to see eminem. It was a great experience and Twickenham stadium was great. We had an obstructed view and a man came over and offered us better seats and we ended up really close to the stage.

Not a huge rugby fan, but the atmosphere in the stadium, and surrounding area, is great on a match day - feels like a festival!

The games are all family friendly, and everybody gets cheered, regardless of team. It is super busy, but crowds move quickly, and the train station is very efficient at getting people in and out of Twickenham.

An awesome stadium and experience. There was plenty of food and drink available, if a little expensive. The toilets were immaculate, especially considering there was 80,000 people using them! The staff were friendly and it was a brilliant day out, topped off by watching England win by a record margin.

Obviously an amazing venue with heroic sports. Atmosphere for rugby is 2nd to none. But the outside food and drink outlets leave a lot to be desired. Overpriced and lacking in variety and choice. Best to take a sandwich from Tesco opposite.

The worst venue for concerts: transport links are minimal just one train line and roads gridlocked on event days, so forget buses. After the show prepare to walk on foot is huge crowds. No mobile data because networks overload and shut down.

Missed kick off as very slow getting in - very few gates open!
Also very slow exiting Twickenham station. Suggest scarf salesman should be excluded from station exit pathways. Plenty more room once crowds get into the street to the ground.

I had an awful experience here. I understand it's a sports center but they really need to make temporary adjustments to accommodate the ladies during non-sporting events. First of all I queued up for 15 mins with my other half at the security checks; he was let through but I was told I had to queue up again (another 15mins) in the "women's" queue. There was no signage or announcement or even a friendly steward to warn the women of this and there were plenty of women behind me in the first queue. The stewards didn't give a toss about this when it was mentioned by several people!
Secondly, the queue for the women's toilets inside the building was absurd - in the immediate area on the landing where our seats were, the women had about 3 stalls, and the men had more than double plus urinals (I know because I ended up braving it with another lady and going into the gents to save our embarrassment!).
We were there to see U2, who gave an Amazing performance - I'm sure they would be saddened and disappointed to hear that the women felt less than welcome at this venue.
After the gig, there was the same ridiculous queue for the toilets again (I kid you not that I was in that queue for a good 10-15 mins before giving up and using the gents during the break between acts). So I decided to use the porta loos in the grounds of the venue. What a surprise that the women's toilets were all closed. Not the men's, only the women's.
Please fix.this!!

As a concert venue it was awful. Went to watch U2 at great expense and the sound quality and acoustics were very disappointing. Would not go back again to watch a concert. Twickenham station needs refurbishment to cope with the thousands of people leaving the stadium and giing home by that statiin.
