It's a great place for kids activities. Staffs are friendly. But one thing I don't like is their refund policy. It's a very pricey recreation center but sometime thing comes up or in an emergency situation like health and safety issue in their class but they still stuck with their after 2 classes no refund policy. Its kind of crazy to spend $230 for two 45 mins dance classes. Wish their refund policy like the other city recreation center.

The water in the pool is nice and warm but you can't really swim in it as too many people are just bobbing and standing around and the are no swim lanes marked except for 1 hour very early in the morning.

Nice warmish water pool, but very small and only 3 lane swims per week. Good family room change room facilities but almost no control over keeping older boys out of the women's shower and change room, which is very disturbing when you're standing there with no clothes on. Their pool pass system doesn't work with the rest of the City of Ottawa so be sure to get them to put a sticker with the expiry date on the back.
