Been waiting 5 weeks for a call back to reduce my mileage, have called 10 times with no call back or response to my emails, always excuses systems down or waiting for someone to contact them. Really really poor for a big company.

My car has been with the dealer ready for delivery for three weeks now have rang Tusker twice in two weeks who promise to get back to me by the end of the day on both occasions, , and yes you've guessed it no contact , all i get is excuse after excuse, the systems are down , or theres another issue ,i can forgive tech issues but failing to return a call when promised is unforgivable , as someone who works in that area i think the customer service is disgusting and will definitely be bringing it to the attention of my employer as to why they use this car leasing company. Rant over.
Awful awful awful. Dont return calls or reply to emails. Cant do enough for you until you order your car then they don't want to know.. Avoid at all costs
Issues resolve within a day! Thank you Alistair for swift action. My car is now scheduled for delivery this week.
Applied for a car since June 20, 2020. Everything is ok, it says my employer approved my application after 2-3 days. Waiting gane started. I think about a week they told me that the car model I originally want has stopped manufacturing in the UK. So had to reorder a different model. Same process. So it got approved again around June 29,2020. From there upto September 7, 2020 im still waiting for it. Until today sept 8,2020 i got an email stating that my employer was unable to approve my order because I will fall below the minimum wage after. Thisnis ridiculous! Because they approved it from the beginning of my application and now, when I was waiting for the car for almost 10 weeks, they will tell me this???? I turned down the private car loan company that I an already approved too for this as I thought I can benefit more with tusker car scheme. But what I got is a very unfair and been handled disorderly. The car i choose says it s IN STOCK in their website and 3-4 weeks of waiting. I do understand the covid situation, however, when they say there will be a SLIGHT DELAY because of the covid, an additional 6 weeks on top of the 3-4 weeks stated in their website is NOT A SLIGHT DELAY ANYMORE. They ahouod have told me about the issue IN THE BEGINNING OF MY APPLICATION and not when they kept me waiting for almost 3 MONTHS!!!!!! THIS IS COMPLETELY WASTE OF TIME AND VERY VERY UNFAIR IN MY PART!!!!!
I've had lots of issues with an order with Tusker. A car was ordered with a 18 week lead time - 24 weeks have now passed and it's at least 12 weeks more. This has been discovered through their website - Tusker promised fortnightly updates but nothing has been forthcoming. Any attempts to get any information from Tusker are futile, with phone calls and emails going unanswered. Based on this, and unless something changes, I would advise avoiding Tusker. The salary sacrifice option may seem attractive, especially for electric vehicles, but unfortunately Tusker's customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
Tusker supplied me with a Ford Fiesta Tdci. It was delivered with glass in the footwell and marks on the door trim. There were other issues with tyres, the car cutting out and the general quality of the car. The main issue was with a More
Absolutely shocking start to the process. Ordered a car 2 weeks ago. Not even passed the information on to my employer to approve. Just keep saying systems are down. That s without a 16 week turn around time on the car. I can honestly say all the terrible reviews about Tusker are spot on. Awful service
I can't even begin to say how disgusted I am with this service! My company introduced a car scheme to our employees back in April, Yes April! Where we had 2 weeks to make a decision on what car we wanted. Not knowing how bad this service was, I had faith and went for a car to be made from scratch (big mistake). The lead time said 22 weeks (5 months and 2 weeks). I patiently waited and they said i will receive the car late September, this then changed to late October, then shortly after it then changed again to late November! i was very frustrated but still gave them the benefit of the doubt because of COVID_19 but the lead time then changed to late December then January! At that point I had enough because the car wasn't even with production! I have then decided to cancel that order and go with a in stock car which I clarified because signing the contract that the car lead time will be 2 - 4 Weeks. It has now been 2 weeks and the order is now saying 'Pending Approval'. When i call up i hardly get any help and being told that a different team need to sort out the paperwork to send to my employers. The lead time is now saying 18 weeks. At this point I am fed up and stuck paying for a StopGap car which is even more expensive than my Salary Sacrifice Car but NO WAY to my taste and NOWHERE near the quality of the car i should be receiving. I am so stressed!!
