Not Bad in Terms of Service, good quality but limited availability.

I think it is a great shop, but the staff does not speak English. I would expect that in the technology people use English a lot for the components. Sometimes they don't even know the Dutch names for the components :-/.
I know it's Brussels, and I should speak French, but for me the staff was never very helpful, although they tried.

Seemed to have good selection of IT-stuff. They even had a 30m long cat6 network cables ready on the shelf. Quick service, didn't have to wait for my turn.

If you want more choice for cheaper and better quality, go to the Fnac, not there.

Reading most of these reviews and giving the benefit of doubt, perhaps the In-Store experience may be better than the online one, but beware online ordering. Clearly goods are not tested before shipping and if faulty you have to pay to return them which is not refunded. I was also informed that the faulty item would be returned to the manufacturer who would then test it and the manufacturer would decide to repair or replace it - assumedly if manufactured in China that is likely to take some time!! Not sure if you receive the faulty one back then if you pay again to return it!! 1 star to acknowledge my initial excitement at product range, website quality and speed of delivery - which quickly turned to disappointment at the shipping of un-tested products. Apparently my mistake as all "clearly stated in the general conditions of sale" - lesson learned for 30 - stick to Amazon!
